I was notified by email that my package would be delivered November 8th between 5:53 and 8:53. It never arrived. I stayed home from work today with hopes of a delivery. At 10:55 am I received an email telling me by parcel will be delivered in 5 minutes. Exactly at the same time I received a second email telling me "Unfortunately, we were unable to successfully deliver your package from Bluenotes". If they emailed me at 10:55 informing me the package will arrive in 5 minutes, how can they email me at 10:55 saying there was no answer to the buzzer or phone? The driver noted that "The driver noted that they did not receive an answer to the provided buzzer code or phone number when they attempted the delivery." I was home waiting, the buzzer never buzzed nor did I receive a phone call. I was splitting watching TV with phone in hand. The driver lied 100% and I still do not have my parcel. I cannot call Envoi delivery because they do not have a customer care number. I cannot call Bluenotes for the same reason. Now I do nor know where my package is. I thought Amazon and UPS were bad a delivering but envoi delivery company is way worse than them.
