I received a membership card in the mail and I didn't even sign up with this company. I attempted to chat with an "expert"....what a joke. This is what I received. OK. Got it. Envision Pharmacy Stinks
Required by company insurance to use them for maintenance drugs. I have put up with this awful company and delayed prescriptions, no communication on holds put on repeat prescriptions, double shipments. The worse was is that I have been called and given the third degree on why I take medicines and what conditions do they treat. LEARNED TODAY THAT IF ANY PHARMACY OR PHARMACIST ASK THESE QUESTIONS THEY ARE BREAKING HIPPA LAWS. Consumers do not have to answer these type questions. Refer them to the physician. Don't be wishy washy with this company. Report them.
