Did not sign up
I received a membership card in the mail and I didn't even sign up with this company. I attempted to chat with an "expert"....what a joke.
This is what I received. OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page to join JustAnswer for only $1 (fully-refundable).

Envision Pharmacy Stinks
Required by company insurance to use them for maintenance drugs.
I have put up with this awful company and delayed prescriptions, no communication on holds put on repeat prescriptions, double shipments.
The worse was is that I have been called and given the third degree on why I take medicines and what conditions do they treat. LEARNED TODAY THAT IF ANY PHARMACY OR PHARMACIST ASK THESE QUESTIONS THEY ARE BREAKING HIPPA LAWS.
Consumers do not have to answer these type questions.
Refer them to the physician.
Don't be wishy washy with this company. Report them.
Preferred solution: I will not us them again. Too many problems
Does not care about its members' health
I have been getting a prescription for over a year that has helped me tremendously (allergy induced asthma). Suddenly, Envision Rx denied it to me.
I have been calling them for 2 months and so has my doctor's office. Many frustrating hour long conversations, just to get nowhere. I finally spoke to someone in the Insurance division today. After being on the phone with her for 50 minutes, I learned: Envision Rx has decided I no longer meet the criteria for the medication (though I did meet it for over a year and nothing has changed), that there's nothing more they can do, it's up to the Clinical Division (which, of course, is unreachable by a peon like me).
Nothing I can do.
Sure there is, and writing this is a start, only a start. My health is worth it, even if Envision Rx does not think so!

THEY GAVE US THE INCORRECT ZIP CODE.......WRONG TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBERS AND CONTINUALLY LOOSE OUR RX FAXED TO THEM BY DOCTORS OR MAILED TO THEM BY US.

Will deny your drug even when it has been approved
Was on Tamoxifen (cancer drug) for a year before I switched to another drug. At that time there were no problems with getting reimbursed for the drugs.
Health plan switched to Envision RX Options and nothing but problems. When I call my plan they say that Envision is denying the drug and have to have a doctor's note that I had breast cancer. My answer is that you have the records that I had 8 rounds of chemo, 33 rounds of radiation, reconstructive surgery and a year of infusions - that's not enough to make a determination that I in fact did have cancer? I appealed and Envision's approved it for 1 more year (so if you had cancer you need another note saying you had cancer?).
Well after 8 months my claim is getting denied again. They do this so that they make more money because most people do not have the time or patience to sit on the phone for hours trying to get reimbursed for medications.
Most people give up as it is just easier to pay for your drug yourself than work - I know because I worked for a large health care in claims and it is your job to deny all claims - more money for the top executives. This company sucks and has absolutely no moral compass!!!!!
Envisionrx - Prescription Refill Review from Naples, Florida
Envision RX is the worst company I have ever dealt with it has been over 10 days since I requested pre-approval for my medication. You can get nowhere weather customer contact Representatives I have called them 3 times in the last 2 days comma and and being told it will take another 24 hours every time I call.
I asked to get transferred to a manager. They said one will call me back they did not do so.
I called back and ask to speak to a manager they said they do not have one available and that they will send Urgent Message to the clinical team after 10 days of trying to get approval for my medication I still have no approval or call backs from them. Worst customer service I have ever encountered
