This place is extremely frustrating. They try their darnedest to make ordering and refilling prescriptions tough for you. I'm not sure why. They are unable to be reached via phone, and why you do their service representatives are completely incompetent. Even when your Doctor calls in a new prescription they DO NOT FILL IT, until wait on the line for 15 minutes to reach someone, verify your identity, explain your situation, then tell them you want this prescription filled. Mind you, your doctor LITERALLY just called it, in. Of course, you want it filled. When your doctor confirms they faxed in a prescription to the fax number given to you by CS representatives, they will still say they do not have it. And will claim its the doctor's office fault. When orders do go through, they take up 72 hours to GET INTO THE SYSTEM, you can't even see it processing online. Once processed, wait another 48-72 hours for it to ship. CS reps will tell you "Sorry, we're very busy right now." WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, like the regular pharmacy or ExpressScripts. I'm stuck with these idiots because of my employer's plan SO TERRIBLE.
