Scam - Dropshipper
Chinese crap sold for high prices. You won't receive what you order and instructions are missing. Tracking info is fictional, they look like they send from the USA, but the package is straighr from China

Purchased directly from their website Item comes with almost no directions and when applied which I felt was the proper way showed many air bubbles. Company refused to replace or refund saying their factory says there are no quality issues despite their posted refund policy which promises full satisfaction with product.
This item comes from overseas (? China) so it took a long time to receive and is of poor quality.
Doesnt even have the top cut out for proper fit. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY OR SIMILAR PRODUCT!

Nobody contacted me from the company regarding the availability to return the item for a refund
Once received I tried mine and my friend tried hers. The hairbrush is made of cheap plastic where the heating area is and the hairbrushes wont heat up to a decent temperature, to get the hair straightened.for the slightest. When contacting them, to have the items to be returned back and get a refund.
support@***.vip ( who does the customer care for envisagem ) I get some automated AI replies, and finally another email offering $3 back. I would never had spend over £50 for 2 items who dont work.

I also bought a screen protector from them. Has a permanent circle and partial fingerprint and they first offered me $2 then $4. I paid $25
I ordered a screen protector for my Flip5 September 2024 , it came with no directions and a couple of pieces of plastic in a small bag??? I can purchase the same thing here in Aus for $10/$15, they charged me $25.00.
I am in the process of requesting a refund. Purchased through Paypal , so fingers crossed.
