Urgent: Issues with Subscription and Account Access
I am writing to address several issues with my account and subscription. I subscribed to Envato Elements on August 14, 2024, with a monthly payment of $33.
However, I recently received an email with the subject line "Ikenna, you have a credit note," informing me of a refund, which I never requested. Shortly after, I received another email stating that my subscription has expired, despite the fact that it should remain active until September 14.
To add to my concern, I am now unable to access my account.
I normally sign in using Google, but every attempt has been met with an error. Since I sign in with Google, I cannot create or reset a password, leaving me locked out of my account.
This situation has disrupted my work, and I am seeking immediate assistance to resolve the following:
Restore my subscription and ensure it is active until the original expiration date of September 14, 2024.
Investigate and correct any issues related to the unauthorized refund.
Resolve the login issues so that I can access my account.
I would appreciate a swift resolution, as this issue is severely impacting my workflow.
