Non existent customer service. I have paid for a live performance event and band ended up miming and using a back up track system for this performance. ENTS24 is being ignorant to any responsibility for dealing with the situation. I don't recommend using them

We have broken down on the motorway

We have broken down on the motorway and are waiting for the AA but wont be able to make the 80s concert tonight. Would it be possible to transfer our tickets to another date please. Im really gutted that this has happened as I was so looking forward to it . Thankyou for your time

Have not received my tickets. Shinedown 1st December

I didnt have any notice or information in how to retrieve my tickets. I then noticed an article to suggest that tickets were delivered through ovo Wembley direct. I downloaded the app and there they were. Why didn't the so-called customer service tell me to do this? I could have waited longer and missed the concert altogether. Wake up and tell us something positive and correct.
