Great Opportunity

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Now sales are sales, and like everyone knows youre going to have people that can do it, and those that cant. Some people really do lack the attitude or personality to really get out there and make it happen.

What Entourage is, is a great opportunity for those people willing to put in the work to figure it out! I have learned enough these past few years to run a successful business of my own, and couldn't have done it, nor continue to do it, without the years of experience and help from Brian and Entourage that I have gotten and will continue to seek.

One thing i have learned is that whether its a good week or a bad week, how hard I work and the attitude i do it with is the only determining factor. Great OPPORTUNITY not a guarantee!

I started working for Entourage after I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I initially took the position as a filler until I found something more fit towards my major.

I was skeptical at first because I was hearing I could be a manager in a very rapid period of time, unlike a typical corporate position which could take years to move up. I was hungry for money so I stuck with it, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. This business has forced me to change my work habits as well as my personal habits for the better. I have learned invaluable lessons that I can utilize for the rest of my life, and have created life-long business and personal relationships in the process.

Sure this business is not for everybody, it takes a certain level of commitment, hard work and a great attitude to succeed, but how do you expect to succeed in anything if you don't have those attributes? This business has created a future for me and my family and I couldn't be more grateful for the humbleness and mentorship of Mr.

McGuigan and his organization.

Dedication, hard work, and perseverance do pay off!

14 years of my professional career has been spent engaged in the professional workforce environment. During that span, I have worked with numerous companies in various industries. My career has afforded me opportunities to be associated with very successful and highly reputable companies and mentors. However, I have never had a better leader than Brian McGuigan, of Entourage Management.

Brian provided me with an extraordinary opportunity. He provided me with the chance to continue to develop as a leader, and the opportunity to become the owner of my own small business. He NEVER promised me that I would “get rich quickly”. Nor did he promise me that it would be easy. However, he did promise me continued support if I were to remain focused and work harder for myself than I ever have for anyone else. Brian is not only an incredible mentor, but he has also proven to be a loyal and reliable friend.

If you are looking for an opportunity to work and develop yourself into a leader, and possibly own a small business of your own, then search no further. Brian McGuigan and Entourage Management have the skills and experience to help you succeed. Just be aware of what you will need to provide: the work ethic, attitude, and drive to attain your goals!

This Is An Opportunity

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Entourage Management has provided a real career opportunity. The reason most of the people on these sites bash companies like Entourage is because they aren't willing to do the work necessary to find success in the opportunity. In all honesty, it says more about the unemployed people who have the audacity to post comments like this.

The entry level aspect means you'll initially be working a direct marketing position- so you're actively engaging with customers, learning the product, and marketing services inside of reputable retailers... would you feel better about the position if you were sitting in a cubicle all day with a head set making phone calls? Not me. I prefer direct marketing because it yields direct results.

Success is only achieved through hard work- and Entourage provided me with real financial opportunity to change my life for the better.

Entourage Management Opportunity

Out of college, I had little job experience and no longer wanted to pursue what my degree qualified me for. All I knew was that I wanted to venture out into the business world and I needed to find a company that was willing to train me and provide the professional development to make up for my lack of experience.

Brian McGuigan, at Entourage Management, offered me that opportunity.

There, I was able to learn the basics of marketing and through their management training program, was cross-trained in business management. I am grateful for Brian's leadership along the way and offering me an opportunity that I will never feel stagnant in.

One word doesn't cut it if you're fired.

Desperately in need of a job I went in for an interview and let me tell you, i was impressed! All the people working there are terribly kind and positive (Not naming a few but they tend to be agressive anyway and I myself tend to be that way) and wanting for you to suceed, including the owner, Brian. I read reviews before I went in so I was fully prepared for the worst. They had me trained up in a week for Sams club, but changed me to best buy to see if it was a better fit and it was, but it set me way behind the curve for achieving sales. I made two, one that didn't go through because her credit check failed, so I spent my own time on my one day off making sure she got her service for which she was massively grateful, and another young couple used to the state. This of course was below the mark.

Despite what they tell you and how they dance around your questions (They certainnly did mine...) it's a numbers game. You have to earn at least four apps a week to make base salary. I was hopped around like nuts so it was very hard for me to establish those sales despite the reps training me saying i had promise and I was good at it. Least to say, it sucked, I failed, I was talked to about my low numbers two weeks inand all I wanted to know from day one is if for any forseeable reason, I worked hard, trusted their system, and made an effort every day, would it still come down to numbers for my employment. I never got a straight answer. I stayed out an hour after my scheduled time, sometimes after the store closed, trying. That made no difference. Sales are sales, desptie not having a car, despite standing in the rain for hours and not getting home until one o clock am waiting for a bus, despite getting massively sick, despite wanting to do well for your co workers as well as yourself, it's all for *** without those numbers. I learned that fast.

After talking to Collin, the kind gent that hired me and offered me a phone call from Brian to discuss my future with the company, I waited... and waited some more, until the next day on sunday when I tried to call and text to see if I needed to come in. I hardly had the money to travel there, and I sure as *** needed to spend that time wasted looking for another position. Least to say, I missed my bus there, and got a one word text from Brian.

"No."

I handled it like an adult. If you are great at non agressive sales and know you can do door to door type sales, then give it a shot, you'll probably like it. If you have to transfer three buses and trains to just get to the office, and spend hours of your time just trying to make a sale to no avail depite good work ethic, avoid this, avoid it like you owe it money. Avoid it like your step mother, avoid it like it has cooties.

I didnt call and cuss him out, I didn't leave it at silence, I thanked them for the chance because thats what adults do. Not a one word text like, "K" as a response. Which to be honest, highly offended me. It hurts to know you wasted so much time and money, broke as you are anyway, to be left like last weeks trash!

Had I been in his position and had to make such a decision based on number alone, I'd acknowledge effort at the very least... I'd at least spare a poor girl a phone call to let her go.

Entourage Management - Bullying at its Finest

If you look up Brian McGuigan and his previous business, Adco Management, you'll see that his new company operates under the same premises and that he heartily earned himself the title of liar and cheat. His management style is that of a dictatorship and in order to "motivate" his employees he uses very aggressive tactics including yelling, dropping the F-bomb left and right and making otherwise hardowrking individuals feel ***, weak and inferior. Brian is clearly insecure about his own education and status that he continuously talks down about employees and those with college degrees in order to make himself appear intelligent, confident and in control.

During the interview process he boasts of high-reaching salaries that less than 1% of the individuals hired ever actually attain and misleads that there is an hourly, a salary and a commission structure and that no employee is ever 100% commission but the hourly that is promised is really just an advance and will eventually be drawn from the commission of that employee.

The company operates by bleeding employees lower on the totem pole until they secede while keeping the "supervisors" intrigued with promises of soon-to-come promotions that take easily twice as long to come to fruition than originally proposed.

Everything about the company is misleading. As with most companies, it is a pyramid, but instead of telling it like it is, Brian entices interviewees with talk of the top of the pyramid, not of the actual work required to get there. In the original interview process Brian tells prospects that there is a 49 hour work week but in order to ever move up within the company employees easily work up to 60. The 3 to 6 month "training process" is also a joke, if you get the chance to talk to any of the employees ask them how long they've been there, if they've seen anyone be promoted to management and how long it took that person. The Better Business Bureau also has no record of the company's existence.

Brian McGuigan is not only a dishonorable business man with an inferiority complex likened to a scared high school freshman, he's also a sorry excuse for a decent human being.

This job is NOT a scam but the owner Brian mcGugigan is! I worked here for a while and learned all the systems to get myself promoted in good time.

At first i wont lie i wasn't really sure if the job was a fraud or not because i had a place to come to work to every day, and i got paid (even though not well) weekly. Well after MONTHS I realized that it wasnt the job that was the problem (ive since worked in another smart circle office) it was the owner BRIAN MCGUigaN! This *** is an ***! He yells and curses everyone out but then trys to call you his business partner after.

Not only that but he also has never promoted anybody into management like he claims. I was around for over 10months and during the whole thing all i saw was him take the office from people who were better managers than him then promote out their guys after getting Kara and Colin kicked out of the business because of his lies and dictator ways! I still talk to some of them and they hate his guts! He is a liar and a cheat...I caught him and his girlfriend several time messing with my paychecks and the claw back ledger that lindsey keeps but NEVER shows anyone!

How are u supposed to pay back money if you dont know how much u owe?!?! He says Lindsey is his executive assistant but he's screwing her and she steals money like crazy from workers! Then when you try to confront them all of a sudden they disappear or are to busy to talk. On top of that Brian is so stuck up her butt that he wont even listen to anything anyone says about how crooked and lousy she is.

Even though i had a *** of an experience with Brian at Entourage i must admit that the opportunity in Smart Circle is real but, NOT with Brian Mcguigan managing you.

do not work for HIM!!!!!!

You're better off working with a much more competent and trustworthy owner! why get treated like *** when u dont have to?

Guest

Good to know this, I have read so much about about him and I have an interview with a Brian at Entourage Management tomorrow. Looks like it would be a waste of time.

Thanks!

This is the third comment I have read about Brian and his tactics. I have an interview tomorrow. NOT GOING!!!!!!

Entourage Management is a JOKE!

This job sounded too good to be true and what I found just working a week there is that its really a JOKE!! Trust me this is not worth your time because the churn is very high and honestly is a giant pyramid joke.

Oh yeah the girls who call you back say the company has been in business for over 14 years...NO...LIE!! Adco management was but Entourage has not! I love how someone was being a top seller for only 6 weeks?? Really??

All they do is want you to hawk customers into signing up with DirecTV.

You can make up to $10000 a month....JOKE its $400 a week or 100% commission with working over 45+ hours a week with 1 day off!! No thank you and please find another employer because this company is getting a bad rep inside BestBuy and Sam's Club.

Entourage Management

I just went for an interview with them. First of all thier office is just trashy and unprofessional.

They talked about how much money I can make and how I can run a company by myself. So I guess I got fooled into comming in for another interview. But its all a facade. They want you to do 100% commision sales.

When I asked the rep how much he made a week he said $400/week. But I doubt he even makes that because we spent 8 hours at the bestbuy and did not get any customers. They are very very agressive with thier customers. When one of the customers refused to sign up at the best buy the rep that took me out called the customer a "fat cow".

The old lady was shocked and left.

I dont know why DTV and Bestbuy which are one of favorite brands works with this shady operation. I highly recommend you do not go to this interview.

I too went to an interview with Entourage Management and the office is trashy. There is nothing on the walls and my first impression was it looks like a "ponzi" operation, in the sense of business ethics.

I say this because there is nothing on the walls, his office looks unprofessional and there is nothing on the desk, NOT EVEN A PEN, only a laptop and a stack of papers(which is probably pu thter to make you think he is working) it is almost like they put nothing into their office because when *** hits the fan they can just grab a few things and RUN. The entrance looks nice with a bunch of high end magazines catered to WEALTHY people and has brands like Best Buy, CostCO, DirectTV and Walmart on the walls, but looking at the other offices you can tell they are just trying to make a strong first impression. Leaving the interview I felt I needed to research the company a little more before wasting more time. What I found was alot of negative things and not one posting that was good or contradicted any of the negative.

He even had to change company names from what I found out because of the poor publicity be was getting. I have been looking for a job for a while and have seen similar operations and my impression of him and his attitude fit the bill perfectly for a company who expects high turn over and screws ppl over.

They throw HUGE earnings, promotions and benefits at you and see if you ***. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I must warn you everything about Entourage Management is not what it seems.

"These people should be strung up"...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who are you?

Wait...probably just ANOTHER "the world owes me everything" person who is unwilling to put the time and energy in to actually EARN success. I'm glad you left, you would have been a cancer in the office anyway. For anyone reading this...I have four words for you: DO YOUR OWN THINKING. I have known the owner for over 10 years and have nothing but positive things to say.

This business is NOT for everyone. For those with a positive attitude (no matter what) you will succeed. For everyone else, you will fail.

Attack your life and you will learn, earn, and experience things you never imagined. Cheers.

Guest

These guys are a waste of time *** ***. I got tricked into the same interview and told I could own the company what a bunch of *** bag preying on unemployed or unemployed workers.

*** these people should be strung up

Guest

I went on an interview with Entourage Management several years ago. I too was shown the potential earnings and the opportunity to run my own business. At the time, I was a single mom, unemployed, and desperate for work. I started with the company, and although I was not comfortable with the idea of working on commision, it was better than not working at all.

I learned the sales and marketing. I have never been aggressive with customers in the store. There are always some bad apples in every company, but most of my customers hugged me by the time we were done. I advanced through the company, became a supervisor, trained up a team, and eventually opened my own company. Everything they told me was true.

I still run a DirecTV office, oversee multiple offices across the company, make more money than I ever thought was possible, and LOVE what I do.

This opportunity is not for everyone. You have to be willing to make a lot of sacrifices, work hard 100% of the time with little or no supervision, and take full accountability for the outcome of your day, be it positive or negative.

My reccomendation is to go in for an interview, give the position a shot, and if it's not for you, then that's ok. You still make a base pay, so if you don't sell anything, at least you'll still have income. Just don't deprive yourself of an amazing opportunity because you see a couple of negative online reviews.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to contact me at 516 983 ****. I would be happy to speak with you.

Entourage Management Inc.

Entourage management inc. is simply just Adco Management renamed.

It is owned by Brian Mcguigan who also owned Adco Management and obviously changed his company name due to bad press. This is a company that is contracted through Smart Circle international to sell directv inside of retail locations like Best Buy or sam's club. They promise you high earnings and management opportunities in a short time which is simply not true. You can not believe anything that Brian Mcguigan says to you as lying is his business.

His one and only job is to try and get as much out of you for as long as he can until you quit. Beware of Entourage and Brian Mcguigan

no one would argue the value of knowing your accountability the problem with people like Brian is that the abuse people and don't really care about them at all. I have personally never met anyone with such an inferiority complex that would treat other people the way that he does make me feel better add on that he's a complete liar and he has zero redeeming qualities other than the ability to succeed in business by taking advantage of other people so if those are the things that you learn from Brian good luck with your career and the rest of your life but I guarantee you'll never make any meaningful relationships.

Guest

The opportunity is what you make it. In my case, I had a positive experience working with Brian.

The most important thing I learned from working with Brian is accountability. I learned not to pass the buck and to always evaluate my actions before looking to put the blame on external factors. I wish more people knew how to do this, I will admit that I didn't before working for Brian. I used to have every excuse in the book.

I am thankful that I live my life a different way now and have to credit Brian's methods and the time he invested in me for that. I no longer work for Brian, but the next job I took after spending nearly two years with Brian is a job I have held now for 3 years and have made over $100k every year. I know that Brian has personally had hundreds if not thousands of employees and I know most of the individuals that I worked with felt like me. Everyone is entitled their own opinion, but don't be frightened by the few negative stories, you are only seeing one side...!

Bottom line with the opportunity that Brian offers is that you get out what you put in. I think everything in life should be like that!

Guest

the name of the game here is ... work ethic.

Anybody can do what they put their minds to i've experinced working with Brian for quite some time. that business has its ups and downs just like any other business you may choose but its how much you put into it to make it work out for your self. i am no longer with the company and for years since then i did apply training from that business to my own endeavors. i succeeded in my career in the 9 to 5 gig and also my music business.

that business is not for everyone but it sure did teach me tools to use after leaving.

the majority of America is too lazy and expect things to be given to them (my opinion not an attack), don't knock his motivation to get where he wants to be but find your own. oppritunity is out there which sacifices will be made.

Guest

I find it interesting that there are so many people defending Brian. I would not argue that there is an oppurtunity with smart circle.

However Brian himself is a liar, snd any of you defending him know it's true as just like me you would of seen it first hand. He screams and swears at his people, makes them feel like *** then goes home and plays Xbox. Those of you defending him would of seen this also. I quess thst means those defending him share similar traits ans scrupples.

the truth is it is a hard job unlike any sales job that requires you to be very very diligent and have a Tuscan to be able to sell what it doesn't require you to do is the treated like ***.

Brian and his cohorts will tell you and promise the world because they told you you're going to work 60 hours a week you're going to get paid for 47th and you're not going to get any overtime nobody would take the job with the hope that one a hundred maybe 12 hundred well actually make it that's just the beginning probably one out of every 20 minutes is that get promoted actually stay in a bit because they to get tired of somebody else telling them how to run the company or taking money out of the account without telling them or they find out that most of what they were told me the game still isn't the truth and realize that they put all that work to still be working for somebody else not their own boss like they're told 99 percent of smart circle recruiting process is designed to deceive if it wasn't they would be much more say for you in the beginning they go after recent grads and young people because they want people who don't have any responsibilities. If you takebthis job I just recommend you do it with a different manager, as Brian is little more than a thug.

Guest

Brian is a dirtbag who belongs behind bars. He makes his employees post positive comments about him because no one else would.

Look at the postings by Ashley Martin and Nathan Kitts below then go to entryleveljobscamblog.com to see those exact same postings again!

They couldn't even write new lies! Avoid Brian and RUN from smart circle.

Guest

I'd just like to say I work for smart circle and going to transition to Brians team. For all that talk *** about Brian I've met him and he's all about business.

If you couldn't *** it in sales or didn't get a sale your first day I'm sorry to hear that.

Sales isn't for everyone just because you couldnt *** it, it's no reason to try to ruin a man's reputation over it. I've done sales before this job I was a car salesman and I absolutely hated it with this sales position I'm doing very well and about to get promoted because I'm a hard worker and a go getter.

Rosy Ize

I worked under Brian and got promoted to management and had my own office. I ended up leaving because I was not doing very well.

There is an opportunity with Smart Circle to make it to management. I failed, not because of the company, but because of lack of training. I cannot blame that on anyone.

However, Brain was only good to work for when I was doing well in the beginning. Once I started to do poorly and ask for advice on how to turn my business around, he stopped taking my calls.

Then, once I left him a voice mail saying I was going to quit, he tried to sue me. Stating "embezzlement" and "check fraud".

Of course, I was innocent, so nothing happened, but the audacity of him. He tried to take every dime out of me.

I am working a great job now and making good money. I can brag about all the things I bought that I could not have if I were still working for Smart Circle, but I do not feel the need.

Bottom line is Brian and continually tried to ruin me.

He somehow found out the company I worked for and tried to get me fired on several occasions. Luckily I had already been with my company for over a year when he tried that.

He is a horrible person and I only hope the worst for him.

Guest

Don't EVER trust this snake. He will say anything and lie to get his way.

I've worked in the company, different division for 6years and have heard horror stories about working under this guy. Most of the positive comments are by his *** kissers that he has brainwashed.

He has sex with his female employees and is late everyday to the office, making other people do his work.

Amaira Jgs

As a former associate of Brian McGuigan and his companies; I have to say it's been a positive experience, and I'm grateful that I've had the chance to work with him. As a young man fresh out of high school, Brian had taught me several things in the business world.

Even on a personal level; I've learned the importance of having and maintaining a positive attitude through him.

Brian is a phenomenal leader, and although things may get tough at times; I'd encourage anyone who strives to be successful in the professional world to learn a few things from him. Much success to Brian McGuigan and Entourage Management Inc!

Jniyah Flf

This is not a scam or a pyramid scheme, this is only for the people who don't know how to quit. If your weak minded or lazy than please do not waste your time with this company.

I am an owner in Brian's organization, getting here was not easy by any means. You have to be a good student, you have to have a good work ethic or you will fail. If you notice there is no one posting negative comments on here that actually made it to ownership. Was it worth it ?

Absolutely I am president and ceo of my own corporation.

I barely have a high school diploma and I make more money than a doctor, And Brian has supported me the whole way there, without Brian none of this would have been possible. None of it was easy, and if you cant handle it thats fine, but don't come back and write nasty things about someone that was willing to give you an opportunity.

Guest

I have personally worked for Brian a few years back, and I can say that it is a great company to work for and very promising. I Know of a number of people who have grown in that business and are very successful from there own hard work and Brians mentoring.

Brian is very passionate about what he does and beleives in his company. He wants other to be successful as well, and is truly somebody who leads by example.

Guest

I started to read the comments and then stopped...as a person who has worked for Brian and also has not made it to management..the opportunity is there!! I left for personal reasons but " At the end of the day" ...the people bad mouthing his company either don't have the drive to do what ever it takes to reach such success..

or..are just not cut out to manage other people let alone a company. Some people don't have the personality, for some its the work ethic, for others....its just not for you! To many comments on this site that I've read, I can tell which type you are... Entourage Management is looking for people ...no Brian is looking for people to do what he does.

Everyone makes more money..If you don't have what it takes than move on instead of disrespecting his company..you couldn't do it ..its OK..maybe that's why your spending your time to post some bad comments because you can't take a " no"!! Rejection and the way people handle it speak volumes about their character.

I have a tuff one so I'm looking forward to the negative comments about this post!! Much respect to Entourage Management and keep working your *** off Brian..cause lazy people don't get *** out off life!!

I find your comments to be very interesting. I went in for an interview today.

I was offered a chance to come back in for another interview. I came home and discussed this position with my wife. We did some research and came across these posts. Your post in particular stood out to me.

I'm not sure if you are just an unhappy and disgruntled person but that isn't the perception I had leaving my interview. Everything you mention in your post, that is being promised, that isn't what you claim to be true, they told me upfront in my interview. They went over the hours, the pay, the challenges etc. I had many questions as I am currently not new to the business world or a recent graduate.

I graduated with a MBA over 15 years ago and have been an executive for many years. I am going to go back in for my second interview simply because of your post. I will explain why. In my experience as an executive, dealing with people like you there is no intelligence or facts to what you say.

You are simply out to hurt people. Any intelligent person reading these posts, like my wife and I, would notice that the people who have talked positively, have all had great experiences weather it worked out for them or not and they leave their names and ways to get in contact with them if you have any questions. The few negative ones keep reposting as "Anonymous" hiding behind there words and computer screens. I will remain "Anonymous" as well so I hopefully can get the job still.

Instead of trying to hurt others, you sir should simply look in the mirror and ask yourself about your own character. I am willing to bet that it is far less impressive than the ones you are out to hurt. If the way you speak is any indication of that, my bet would be all in. Furthermore, I would tend to believe a company that represents reputable clients such as DIRECTV, Best Buy, Sam's Club, Costco and Wal-mart over an anonymous disgruntled blogger with way to much time on his hands.

Instead of trying to influence others to move on, maybe you should. Intelligent people will see right through your acts of misery, as I do, and are able to think for themselves anyway so you are really just wasting your time and you are actually helping people, like me, to make their decisions. Every company has good and bad reviews so I guess that is something you still haven't realized even though it is 2013. What you are saying is like me searching online for the best steakhouse in town and reading a review ,from probably a "anonymous" competitor, that it is the worst restaurant in town when many other people who are putting there reputation and names and contact information down as it is an awesome steakhouse.

No offense to you, but I'm still going to think for myself and try what many others also have tried and have had a positive experience with.

Something that my college professor taught me as I was earning my MBA was that in life, misery loves company. He was right!!

I would like to point out the errors in the original, shed some light on how this business works, and my experiences with Brian.

It is true, Adco Management and Entourage Management are owned by Brian McGuigan but they are separate business entities in different states. Think of Smart Circle International as Berkshire Hathaway Inc. who owns and operates: Dairy Queen, Geico, Fruit of the Loom, etc. (Dairy Queen = Entourage Management, Fruit of the Loom = Adco Management). The existence of these two companies have absolutely nothing to do with bad press.

They do sell DirecTV inside of Sam's club as this is the Entry Level position in one entity (Entourage Management or Dairy Queen) of Smart Circle International.

The beautiful part about this business and where the opportunity lies is in the franchise of, and reinvestment in more franchises (think of this like monopoly: buy 1 house [or franchise] = make money, buy 3 houses = make more money, upgrade to a hotel = you're raking in a ton of money).

To BUY a franchise in Dairy Queen you are looking at up front costs in the ballpark of $100,000. You now own and run your own franchise (defined as: the right or license granted by a company to an individual or group to market its products in a specific territory).

The greatest opportunity in this business is the entry level position because YOU ARE ABLE TO EARN YOUR FIRST FRANCHISE, instead of paying the normal upfront costs.

The DirecTV salesman in the field generates the base income for all of Smart Circle International. In return you become an owner and earn that first chunk of money used to reinvest (you've bought 1 house). The owner benefits by reinvesting in franchises (you being promoted - owner now has 2 houses).

The more you use your earnings from your business to promote new managers, the more houses you have bought, the more money you make.

I too no longer work for Brian. I received a bachelors degree in software development with a focus in business, a BS in biochemistry and am working on medical school. I also currently run my own company for skincare research and development, formulation and manufacturing. I have developed new technology recently passed by the FDA that will be coming to nationwide retailers.

Smart circle is not the only opportunity, but you would be *** not to see the opportunity available with this company.

As for Brian, I preferred to be coached by him rather than my manager because he knew what he was doing, had more experience, and made more money than my manager. [[Don't take financial advice from a guy living in a cardboard box]] Maybe he yells but if you are going to be a business owner I suggest you thicken your skin real quick if that scares you.

No one makes a million dollars over night. In any industry it takes hard work, dedication, self motivation, self discipline, a positive confident attitude, the stamina to not quit, and taking the good with the bad.

Its business bootcamp and if you pay attention and work your *** off, you too can be very successful. Your time will pass anyway, might as well make it worth something.

I worked for Brian in 2008. It was my first sales role after acquiring an MBA.

The economy was tough, and I quickly realized that an entry level role was my only option if I wanted the opportunity to make it big. I worked my butt off for Brian and learned more in a year with him about sales, leadership, entrepreneurship, etc. than I did my entire time in college and grad school.

In 2009, I had to relocate out of Denver and subsequently left the company.

Since then, I have held two very sought-after roles with two very prestigious organizations. I am now in my dream job, and a top performer at my current company. I wouldn't have gotten here without the skills I developed while working for Brian. To this day, Brian and I continue to stay in touch.

Not only can I vouch for him as a business person, but also his character. He is a great friend with a heart of gold.

The accusations are completely unfounded. If the company wasn't a good fit for you, fair enough - but unfounded accusations of Brian's character is just wrong.

y name is Ashley Martin and I started working for Brian Mcguigan on September 23, 2010. I was promoted to run my own office here in Fort Myers, Florida on May 19, 2011.

Since then, with Brians steady leadership and all his efforts educating me on getting better in our business, i have opened 10 offices of my own. I bought a brand new BMW. My last car was a 1988 Chevy S10 with rust holes in the body.Ive got more money in the bank than i could ever have imagined i would have. I have a beautiful home, my fiance has 3 karats of rock on her finger and we leave the country at least once a year to a tropical vacation.

I didnt have a pot to *** in before i met brian and he taught me not only how to run a business but actually gave me one to run. Like any other business, not everyone makes it, but to blame anyone else for personal failures and shortcomings instead of taking personal accountability is the act of a petulent child. Im still learning to get better at what i do. When i have a setback or a personal failure, my first act isnt to blame everyone else around me especially Brian.

As owners, i dont control the future of my people. The requirements to advance in our company are set in stone. When you meet them, you get promoted. Brian makes more money for promoting people than running any office so he has zero reason to "hold you back." The requirements are the same for everyone.

People are qualifying all over the country. Im sorry if some couldnt meet their requirements like plenty of others have but that responsibility rests on the individual alone.....not brian. When a football player gets benched or cut, im sure he might not like the coach that did it but at the end of the day, that player should have spent more time in the film room, in the gym trying to get better instead of complaining about the results of not being a good football player. To clear a few things up from a poster on here, Incorporations are run through individual states and must be approved by the state.

Therefore, when an owner moves to a different state to run a new city, they have to put in a new corporation for that state. This is why it has him approved in 2011....which happens to be when he promoted me and left florida for colorado. As far as this poster disputing the 47 locations, it is actually more than that now. I am one of those locations.

The 10 people i have promoted into management are those locations. These locations are not all called entourage management. If they were, i wouldnt own my own business as promised, would I? I have my own business as does everyone else in our company and we can name our business as we choose.

Otherwise i would just be working for a boss, right? If anyone has any questions about our company, our organization, my experiences, or Brian himself, please dont hestitate to shoot me an email so we can talk about it.

My email address is Hidefadvertising@***.com. Good luck out there!!

Hi there ash. Why do you steal from your people? Instead of spending time trying to repair your tattered reputations, wouldn't it be better to do right by folks and avoid all this nastiness in the first place?

I don't agree at all. The business is what you make of it.

If you give it your all and set the pace everyday you'll have a different experience. There's no greater feeling then ringing the bell everyday. I imagine tht not everybody has the same experience though. If you are a lazy individual that doesn't pitch everybody with a sense of urgency you will fail.

These are the people that get butthurt and blog about bad experiences. I have seen many quit, get fired, or not even show up. It isn't for everyone. Brian flew me out to Dallas multiple times and would have promoted me out had my mom not gotten sick.

I guess you can say I'm one of the ones that had a great experience.

Brian even bought me my first suit the day we were leaving for Dallas. He's a good guy and I'm glad I can call him a friend.

Originally, I was simply going to comment on Entourage for the amazing opportunity that is dependent only upon the work put forth, however, I feel the need to defend it's owner after reading such ridiculous lies about him. I have known Brian personally for over 10 years.

Well before his success with Entourage, I worked for him and (at the time) a smaller organization on the East Coast. I can tell you from someone who has been 'in the trenches' with him that his work ethic and professionalism are second to none. If you are reading these comments, then you are contemplating joining or learning about Entourage. I encourage you to do your own thinking.

All it takes are a few angry souls who expect success to just appear - then when it doesn't, they take the easy road and blame the company or the owner. Brian's goal and ultimate success is helping you get your own success and building your own team... This is the lifeblood of the business -> Success breeds Success. The reality of Smart Circle is that it's not for everyone.

That's fine...if it were, EVERYONE would do it. My time with Brian and his organizations set me up for life. There is NOTHING in school that will teach you what you learn by working with him. There are FEW opportunities that offer the ability to advance as quickly and efficiently as his.

If you are lazy, you will fail. Simply put. If you expect to gain success just by showing up, you will fail.

Nothing about Brian or Entourage is false...You owe it to yourself to not listen to these people. Don't let negativity in your life...and I PROMISE it will pay off.
