You all cancelled my account, so now I can't port my phone number to another carrier. I have called you all at least a thousand times, and nothing has worked.
I have a balance on my account for $1.27.
I also have a plan for $35.25 every month. You all gave me the wrong account number and port PIN, yet I can't port out my phone number to another carrier.

My overall service with i customer service help number helpline or is it the 611 then for some reason it does not work all I want to do was get in touch with someone so I can get my phone service restored back but if this the service that they're providing then I'm going to have to go to someone else they sent me a thing saying that even if you only pay me you would never be disconnected but however on the 18th of December my line got disconnected and I'm still disconnected

Verified ReviewerThey disconected me before I ever asked. This causes me to not be able to port my phone number to my new phone.
I called customer service at Entouch Wireless and requested help with my phone. He couldn't help me so I requested to speak to his supervisor.
He refused to connect me. I asked many times to speak to his supervisor. He eventually hung up on me. That day (April 17,2024) my service was disconnected.
I did not request to discontinue my service.
It is my belief that the agent was well aware of the hardship that comes with changing your phone number. I also think that the supervisor was complicit.
These *** knew that I wouldn't be able to port my number. They are vindictive SOB's.
The service was equally bad. The customer service agents accent were so bad I just gave up.
While roaming the service was non-existent. These people should not be able to provide service in CA.

I'm going through this issue right now. enTouch deactivated my account so I can't port-out my phone number to another carrier.
I have FCC and BBB complaints right now as we speak. Customer service is awful.
