- Incorrect information about returning two items; restocking fees were to be waived.
- The item was mailed back at $42.40; a return label arrived two days later, too late.
I was given incorrect information when I called about returning two items. Appears a restocking fee of 15.
each was charged. Customer service rep was to waive these. He stated I had to pay for mailing back. I objected since long-time customer.
Said he couldnt do anything about that but would waive restocking fees. Mailed at my cost of 42.40 with signature receipt required. Two days later, email with return mailing label was received. Too late.
Followed up by email and each time a new claim number was assigned stating I would be contacted. Never was. Two credits just appeared on my credit card but charged restocking fees. As a long time customer, I would like to rectify this and begin ordering again.
At this point, I will not order anything else as I have paid $72.40 out of pocket plus several hours of time. My question is, What will Entirely Pets do to resolve this ? I have documentation of customer service reps name and my mailing receipts.

I placed an order 4/13/21 for medications for my two dogs. I received an order number for both pets.
My vet called and authorized the prescriptions with the order number they provided. Since then, Ive been giving so many different stories on to why the product hasnt shipped out-from only received verbal authorization on the one pet even though both pets were on the same order, then was told they sent out the one dogs medication (four weeks ago) which still have not received.
Fast forward to 5/6/21 they are back to saying they are waiting for vets authorization! Worst company ever!

They should refund the $30 restocking fees. You agreed to mail back at your cost at $42. You cannot count that as part of your loss.
