When the number 302 723 **** calls, dont answer it

Why would enterprise financial call people who don't own credit cards, only to

ask if we want to cancel????

Maybe there is a language barrier on your end, I don't have a language problem, on my end.

Trash Company

They cover nothing despite it being in their contracts. Be smart, skip the extra $2,200 the dealership tries to add to your loan for this garage company and any of their plans. Never again!

Cold call from EFP

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

They called me acting as if they represent Jeep and offering me an extended warranty. This is one of several calls they have made to me and I have told them I am not interested.

They will not take no for an answer. So today I listened to their offer...I spoke to 3 different people. The price of the warrant was over $3000.00 and they wanted a large down payment but ended up lowering it to $195.00. I asked them to email me the information so I could do my research with online reviews and BBB.

They said it is a one time offer and refused to send me the info. The "supervisor" at " corporate" attempted to use a scare tactic by telling me my 2014 Jeep with 77000.00 miles is at risk of breaking down due to the high miles. She also accused me of choosing not to read any notices they have sent me.

I told her I didn't realize it was a court order to read it (I was being sarcastic because she was very accusatory) I also told them I am 9 days post op of major surgery and am not comfortable making any decisions right now. They attempted to try to put pressure on me to make a decision and they eventually hung up on me.

Happy customer

I just had very nice conversation with a customer service rep and have no complaints. He was very informative and helpful, took me through step by step instructions on how to get better coverage.

Shout out to ¨James¨. We will see if I appreciate them as much when I have an actual claim, but as a sales pitch, I thought it was respectful and nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who got taken at the car dealership with an expensive extended warranty and want your money back.

I got a cheaper policy with more years and more miles coverage. Happy customer.

EFG fails at communication and dealer assistance

EFG is by far one of the worst extended warranty companies I have dealt with in 34 years of automotive business. The simple lack of communication between dealer and their company has left the customer (owner of the policy) at wits end and so frustrated that she has had to make multiple calls to move things along and even then at times would get no response.

I understand these companies must save money where they can, but taking all of the parts (of which I am paid 2% on) and shipping them to us bypassing the dealers partial reason for being here (even if it's now customary) is just a slap in the face of the service facility. Then to take a published regional labor rate per hour and telling the dealer (or shop) that they will pay what THEY deem reasonable (to them) is just another slap to the dealers face (shop). So ok, this is done only occasionally by certain companies.

I get that but you (EFG) do not own us and we will NOT accept your warranty again. Thanks for playing.

Tech Choice EFG has Very Poor Sales Technique

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Received a cold call from a Tech Choice Auto Warranty salesman who I immediately notified that I would not buy into any warranty without reviewing so today was out of the question. He started immediately to tell me that they had been mailing me brochures for 3 months (to wrong address) and today was the last day.

After being short with me about several of my queries I again told him that I had to go and study the proposal online and that I'd call him back if interested. He said that was not possible as it had to be done immediately.

I then told him if that was the case that I guess I would lose out on this plan. He then told me how I had wasted 17 minutes of his life and that on his deathbed he would remember me.

Cold Call ***

This was so funny, some Enterprise Financial Group third party vehicle warranty called me, which they didnt divulge their name until I asked. So I googled their name with "scam", they escalated the call to "get me a better deal".

I mentioned I googled their name and scam and found some interesting hits, and he hung up.

Next time any company calls me and says this call may be monitored, I am going to record all conversations on my end through google voice to repost on the internet. This was an epic hangup.

3rd party warranties are hilarious because the companies just scrape public information from Chrysler.

Terrible Customer service...lied to me

They are giving me the run around. Can not get any answers and will not get me supervisors name or anything.

I have asked twice and they say he will call back and at his time 4days later nothing. Next time I called the lady said that everything was being pushed through and would be no shipped parts and inspectors or anything that took more days. The garage called and said the parts would be here 3/10.

I called again and they said I had never called and that to bad. I want factory parts and not some after market junk they have found cheaper, or used.

I am going to call all the car dealers that are here and tell them if they sell their customers names to these people that they are doing them a disservice and will get a bad name. I PLAN ON MAKING THIS A MISSION.

I may not have the clout to hurt them very bad but I will put a dent in the money chain. Even if I have to send out letters to all new car buyers.

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I recently called, and to sum this up in a shorter matter...I was told that I could not speak to a supervisor (they were "unavailable" and offices were "closed") I was also told that the sales representative David Land was busy with other customers, so I couldn't speak with him either. I spoke on the phone with a woman (whose name was not mentioned as she answered the phone), she brought me through the ringer, refused to accept that I needed to cancel my services with them, wouldn't let me get a word in and she also kept on speaking over me.

The BEST part about this, I was told I myself along with other "younger" people had ignorance and that's why she wasn't going to just cancel my policy. Oh but wait ladies and gents, the best part? After arguing and trying to speak over this woman for nearly a half hour she hung up on me. I then tried to call back and waited on hold for 50 minutes and I got no answer.

Huge disappointment, and I'm sadly having a feeling that I won't get any refund like I was promised within the 30 days of receiving this extended warranty.

Look out everyone, this is a huge SCAM business. I have not seen ONE good review about them.

Everyone who has a complaint about this company needs to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau; and also the Office of Consumer Protection in the state where the company is registered to do business. It may take awhile to get it resolved, but those two organizations may be able to help.

I speak from the standpoint of having a daughter who was employed by the OCP and she dealt with business complaints about such issues on a daily basis. Good luck, and don't give up!

Rude-Rude-Rude Customer Service

My elderly mother received a letter from this company that insinuated her car insurance had been canceled. In a panic, she called the number on the letter and the girl she talked to told her that she needed to pay $155 on Saturday to reinstate her coverage.

Then she began her sales pitch about the warranty policy. Mom told her she did NOT WANT that policy, she only wanted Liability Insurance. I have not seen the letter and it is possible that my Mom totally misunderstood it, but I do know that they charged her $155 on the spot and set her up to pay $99 per month for a 1995 Ford Escort that might be worth $200.

When I called today to cancel the policy, the guy I talked to was rude and hateful and basically accused me of being a bad daughter to cancel such a policy for my Mom. He told me he was being rude because I was rude and insinuated that they had taken advantage of my mother. I told him that I felt like they did and I want her money back and the policy canceled.

Even once I told him I wanted it canceled, he kept on and on and on with his sales pitch of how important this was even though I told him the car is not worth $200 and certainly not worth $99 per month for a woman that scrapes by on Social Security. He said, "Well, my mother has it and I would not let her drive without it." I finally told him if my Mom's car broke down I have plenty of money and I will buy her one.

He was awful and I was so angry when I hung up that I was shaking. This company is taking advantage of elderly people and they need to be stopped!

Cancellation Issues & 30 WAIT for repairs!!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!! I've been with the company for two years, only used the service 2 twice and pay them in advance each month.

I called to cancel my extended warranty, explained to the personal that i would be bring the car in for a check up at the dealership and selling it. I would also be moving the following week so i wanted to get everything together. I was not told that my car wouldn't be covered for the month that i had already paid! That when you cancel, its from that date and forward (even if you have already paid for the month). And to reinstate, you would have to wait 30 days before filing a claim of any kind. When i called back two days later to reinstate the extended warranty is when i was told about the 30day wait. But to get it checked out and try anyways... Ugh!

I brought it in and the dealer of course managed to find something wrong. So now my car is stuck at the dealership, they will no cover the cost to get it fixed, i cannot move as planned this week and no one I have spoke to was helpful. This is what loyal customers get...a *** show and nothing but disappoint me at the end of the day with this company.

Now i will have to pay 2,000 out off packet to get my car fixed and this sad company gets to keep my money!

I will tell everyone i know not to purchase with them!!!
