GARBAGE!!!!!!!! I went to the Lantana location and dealt with Louise Williams, who was very uneducated on her products and how to properly tell the customers what they are signing.
I guess she just wants to make a bonus? Also, Joshua is the WORST "Area" Manager because "he only does email" ... hahaha, what type of "Manager" only does email? They STOLE money from me and charged my card without permission.
If someone even tries to deny this from your incompetent team of disrespectful employees, I will put up the receipts. You're disgusting.

I hold the ASU Enterprise Carshare membership , and am writing this post to share my worst experience with them. They are charging me $533 for a small dent in the front side of bumper, which I didn't cause it.
I got an email on 7th Sep. 2018 from Enterprise Carshare that I was being held responsible for a damage in the vehicle, which I rented on 28th Aug. 2018. According to them, the damage was noticed on 29th Aug. 2018 morning, but I was only notified about it on 7th Sept. 2018, 10 days after my rental. I am unable to comprehend this delay in notification, and I would like to be assured that it wasn't due to any other renter. When I asked for proofs, she sent me a photograph of a golden colored car (without the nameplate and licence plate number), which is not the same car I rented on 28th Aug. When I brought this up and asked for more photographs, I received new photographs of the vehicle, but the dent does not appear to be the same. Images are attached.
I requested access to inspect the damage myself, but was informed that it was already repaired. This prevented me to personally verify the damage. I believe one has the right to see the damage for which he/she is held responsible paying for. After a month, they sent me an invoice $533 with no specific details about the damage or servicing done on the vehicle.
And now, they are not responding to my phone calls. Could you please help me in this regard.

Missing school clothes
- I returned the rental with my kids' school clothes in the truck.
- Ryan said my stuff would be in for pickup, and corporate took it for inventory.
Last Tuesday, 7/31/18, I returned the rental with my kids school clothes in truck. I didn’t realize till a few hours later but I called Enterprise and Ryan the sales clerk said he had my stuff to come in and get it.
When I arrived he claimed someone from corporate came to pick it up for inventory. I thought that was weird and how I never got a courtesy call to say my stuff was left in the car. He said the branch manager would call me when he located my stuff. I never received a call.
So I called couldn’t get a hold of anyone. So I went up there to meet the branch manager he said he hadn’t heard anything about it.

I live in WILLIAMSBURG for years ,I dont appreciate the new elements moving in.
Prices to enterprise carshare went up ,no cars ,cars parked in the carshare slots ,we get penalties and have to look for spots to park the carshare cars ,its disgusting.
The new breed of people have no respect for one's that live here first .
Enterprise car share have no respect for the members .
First of the year if not sooner i am leaving enterprise ,the greed of money ,its just Sad

Honestly Enterprise CarShare is the worst organization, I will never use them again. I was a loyal customer and never had any issues and then one day I get a call telling me there was damage to a car I used and that it was my fault.
I explained to them it was not, nothing had occurred, but they proceeded to force me to pay $500 because I hadn't walked around the car before my trip and phoned them to report any damage. So, in addition to paying a lot for the rental (really it's more expensive than uber) I am supposed to take time to phone them before every drive and report damage.
And when you complain they told me they don't value me as a customer, that my word and loyalty and good performance didn't matter, and that I should have known better. Truly, a horrible horrible company that only cares about the contract and not about customers.

Ruined my Christmas 2015, canceling my reserved car

- Cancellations, missing keys/cards, unsafe pickup, and poor service.
Call from Enterprise late afternoon Christmas Eve. Taking my reserved
(weeks before) car out of service Christmas Day.
Offered a distant car in an unsafe location for a night return. Many empty apologies. This has happened several times this year. Had to cancel and reschedule important appointments, medical and business.
One time, previous driver took the key or entry card with them, making driving impossible and me so late I had to cancel. Enterprise is no longer trustworthy...except cashing my payment which is always on time for 13 years. Started out as a worthwhile service (PhillyCarShare). Enterprise bought it, expanded it and us now driving it into the ground.
NO customer service.
Don't care and don't know what they are doing. So sad and disappointing.

I don't know who else can help me. I called enterprise car share everyday and the customers rep tells me the same thing, that theres not then they can do that i will have to speak to . Christian, he's the only person i can speck with. I told the rep that he has bad customer service and i no longer wanted him to handle my account.
I got a call stating i owe car share for gas, i asked Christian how much do i owe he said 102 dollars i told him i can pay him next Tuesday he said ok "if u don't pay us the money u owe we will summons u to court for fraudulent activities" i told him ill pay it. Then he call me 10mins later and said i don't owe him 102 dollars i owe him 182 dollars i told him i need some time to pay it back can i do a payment plan or can u give me til the end of the month to pay it, he said no u have to pay us back asap or we will take u to court. I then called him back to update my card account, i asked him how much do i owe u he said over 300 dollars. I didn't understand why he called me if he didn't know how much i owed. Now I'm thinking he's messing with my account because how did it jumped from 102 dollars then 182 dollars then 300 dollars. He told me i wouldn't have to pay him 300 just pay him 200 and i will be fine and could start driving again. He never called me back saying i.own anymore money so i don't kno where theres numbers are coming from. I never got a bill in the mail stating what i own just someone calling me throwing numbers in the air.
I ended up paying him 100 dollars, i asked him if i pay u the other 100 dollars will my account be good he said we will talk about that when i make the second payment i said ok.
I ended up telling my mother about what's been going on and she then asked me to call him because she has some questions.
She called Christian and told him who she was and he got rude and told my mother that he could not speak to her that he needed me to get on the phone and say it was ok. My mom then got on the phone and asked him how much does my daughter owe u guys, he said he didn't kno. She how don't u know what she owes you when u gave her three different prices. She then asked him if he can email or mail me a copy of the bill, he said he doesn't have that information. My mom then askes said to him how don't u have a bill of what she owes u but ur telling her what she owes this is crazy.. my mother never once swore at him or made him feel threatened, on the other hand was mad because my mom was talking to him in a way he didn't like and ask her to talk to him rite or he won't be continuing this call. My mom them told him this is how i told and that she was adult just like him.
My mom then handing me the phone and i asked him so what happens from here, can i still pay u the other 100 dollars i owe you and my account be good. He then said he doesn't recall ever telling me that. I told him i have every phone call recorded and that's when he said I'm harassing him and then hung in my face.
One thing i will say is not once have i avoided paying or didn't give an update on my payment situation. So for him to say I'm harassing him is crazy. This is what he gets payed for. I feel like its wrong and not rite for a manager or who ever he is to lie to a customer or talk to me like i ain't notthen. Customers have a voice and a rite.
I don't kno what else to do or who else to talk to but some thing has to be done

Disgustingly Filthy Car
- Car filthy with gum, tissue, stains, and oil; no cleaning solution provided.
- Trunk items bagged; system blocked; waited in rain; charged full price.
The car I rented was filthy: Chewing gum in the globe box, tissue paper all over the car, cola drink stains in the seats, some oily stain in the back seat, a little recipient WITH BODY OIL in the driver's door pocket, and yes... the steering wheel was slippery, and also was the shift stick and the seats.
In addition, there were several items in the trunk that I HAD to put inside a bag (with some of the garbage I found in the front seats), because no solution was provided when I asked for the company to clean the car BEFORE I had to get inside of it.
In top of that, the car had to be reseted because the system blocked, I had to wait outside the car in the meantime, and yes, it was raining.
Finally I have received multiple calls asking why I'm not happy with the service, after they charged me the complete price after the most disgusting experience.
I will NOT try Again, and definitely I WILL NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY; they will not take real responsibility of the real conditions of the car, definitely is better to pay a little more and be sure that the car is in reasonable shape.
