They didn't follow through with my reservation

The lied at enterprise in morrow. She lied said she called me. She didn't. When I went to pickup carat 11:30 on Monday no cars. She said she would call me at 3:30, no call. This is disappointing. Courtesy would inform me of no cars available I would like some kind of compensation .
