Very unsatisfactory experience

Have been charged, without notice, for damage to a car. The car was fine when I returned it.

It's parked on a main street, so I can only think it's an act of vandalism.

The onus on me was to 'prove' it wasn't me. If you do use the service, take extensive photos of the vehicle when you return it to guard against this

The lied at enterprise in morrow. She lied said she called me.

She didn't. When I went to pickup carat 11:30 on Monday no cars. She said she would call me at 3:30, no call.

This is disappointing. Courtesy would inform me of no cars available I would like some kind of compensation .
