I had an extremely bad experience with ENT Specialists. They were extremely rude, uncaring, and have aggressive billing techniques.
At the end of July I received a bill for not only services that did not benefit me but also a "no show fee" on a day I showed up. The audiologist D. Arceneaux LEFT THE OFFICE when I was 20 minutes late, did not call me the next day, and their rude staff only responded with "your late, you need to reschedule" even though I had driven an hour through heavy snow and multiple wrecks on I-15 to get there. B.
Anderson, the office manager, was inflexible and uncaring of the situation. He had me billed and then before I even had 30 days to work through the issues the staff sent threatening collection letters. Others have expressed the same issues with this company's aggressive billing and collection techniques. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have tried for months to contact the owners of this company only to be ignored.
Dr. Gull, Palmer, Swenson, and Wilson are the owners.
