Un fair financial harm

They dont care they have not reached out to me or helped me
I deposited a check into my ENT Credit Union account, thinking it was from a legitimate job opportunity. ENT held it, cleared it, and released the funds only to later claim it was fraud.
They pulled the money back after it was already used for bills, including rent, which was set on auto-pay. I was completely honest with them, yet they punished me for being a victim of fraud. One of their employees even mocked me, telling me I wouldn't have rent paid, and shortly after, ENT reversed the funds and left me at risk of eviction. When I called back hoping for help, I was met again by the same man who intimidated me the first time.
Instead of support, they offered a 'settlement' just to send the balance to collections.
ENT treated me like a criminal for something I didn't do, and it's caused serious damage to my life. I also paid extra money for their ENT Protect insurance, and they have not protected me in any kind of way.

Preferred solution: I want to be compensated and refunded for the finacial hardship they caused and an apalogy . The equal housing act policy they broke needs to be adressed .

Terrible credit card management
- - Ent credit card has issues.
- - Replacement card is sent automatically if info leaks.
- - Leaked-card charges can still hit your account.
The Ent credit card is awful. On the plus side, they automatically send a replacement card and number if your card information is ever leaked or stolen.
But then... get this... THEY ALLOW CHARGES ON THE LEAKED CARD TO HIT YOUR ACCOUNT ANYWAY.
Then you have to open a dispute case about the fraud. Truly unbelievable.

I wouldn't recommend any to Ent Credit Union they really don't have a best interest for helping people.

- - My common law husband opened an Ent Bank account in CO.
- - They accused me of fraud; his signature didn't match.
- - They refused to cash a $75 check.
My common law husband recently opened an account at Ent bank in southern colorado. Twice while at the bank cashing checks he has written to me they have all but accused me of writing fraudulent checks because they said his signiture doesnt match the one on file.
He would not be the first person who has two or three different looking signitures. Anyway after insulting me today again, they refused to cash the $75.00 check. I left the bank in tears, called him from my cell phone: went back in the bank so the teller could hear from his mouth that he did write the checks to me and received no apology from the teller who claimed she was the manager.
Needless to say, he'll be closing his account. I would like to advise anyone and everyone from banking with them.
How would they know that was your husband on the phone? Could've been anybody.

They did the exactly same dirty thing to me. A scammer somehow got into my account.
They rang up 5,000 over my credit card amount. Then Ent blamed me for the scammers action. They called me and the fraud department treated me like I was some kindof criminal. They treated me like I was a toddler.
They begin to shame me. They treated me so horribly, it made me go into an extremely deep depression and anxiety. I cried, they made feel so terrible. Then they sent me a letter shaming me again.
Ent is losing me as a customer.
They sure like to take pleasure in being the bullies that they are. I’m done with them.
