Ent and Allergy Associates - Review in Hospitals, Clinics and Medical Centers category from Wappingers Falls, New York

AI Highlights
  • - The doctor performed ear surgery and overcut the eardrum.
  • - The ear tube was placed incorrectly, causing pain and permanent hearing loss.

I was physically attacked by Dr. Payman in his Poughkeepsie, NY office.

Dr. Payman made me believe I needed an in-office ear surgery, with no medical proof showing I needed the procedure. Dr. Payman overcut my eardrum and placed an ear tube incorrectly inside my eardrum, causing me pain and permanent hearing loss.

After he overcut my eardrum, he told me not to return to his office and gave me a follow-up. After I returned for the next follow-up, crying about pain and hearing loss from his illegal ear tube placement, Dr. Payman told me everything was fine, told me not to return to his office, and gave me another follow-up. At the next follow-up, Dr.

Payman told me he inserted the tube incorrectly inside my eardrum and that was the cause of my hearing loss and pain, and then he pulled the tube out of my ear. The damage was already done to my right ear. I was forced to return to his office after I realized he harmed me and attacked me because I needed to figure out what he had done to my ear and to get medication for his attack on my eardrum. No other doctor would have touched his illegal ear tube.

Dr. Payman told me not to return to his office again; I now have to get my eardrum surgically closed from his attack on me. Dr. Payman overcut my eardrum three times larger than it needed to be out of rage from my returning to his office after he asked me to stop returning.

Dr. Payman intentionally caused me hearing loss and harm to ensure I don't return to his office ever again out of fear. Dr. Payman used pain and hearing loss to instill fear in me from returning to his office again.

I have to get my eardrum surgically closed from Dr. Payman's attack on me.

I won't forget Dr. Payman; I won't forget.

Cons:
  • Doctors dont care about their patients

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: Don't Go to ENT and Associates, find a ENT with their own practice.

Takes1st place in Most Unprofessional Medical Practice

AI Highlights
  • - Calls aren’t answered.
  • - Out-of-state center drops calls.
  • - Front desk is helpful; tech is outdated.
  • - Voicemail claims service; care is lacking.

Office doesn't pick up calls unless emergency? Callers are relegated to speaking with the out-of-state call center lacking proper training to handle callers and disconnects you after a 15 min.

HOLD time, without calling back. The office front desk staff is helpful but limited by "state of no art technology" and cannot send documents email properly because of technical glitches.

The outgoing voice message is a (self reviewed and rated) litany of what they think is excellent medical services, when clearly they fail miserably at fundamental patient services. The worst!!!

Pros:
  • Front desk staff
Cons:
  • Non-existent call center customer service

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: Go anywhere else for ENT needs but this pl;ace

  • - Monserrate Sanchez visited Dr. Andrew Azer in New Jersey; the office sent a $92 debt to Call Escalade without notice, damaging her credit.

My Wife, Monserrate Sanchez,

Went to a Doctor in New Jersey.

The office is ENT and Allergies.

The name of the doctor is Dr. Andrew Azer, office phone # is 732-679-****

Office Manager is Melissa.

Without sending any letter and without communicating to us about any issues with our Medical Plan, they submitted a debt of $92 to their Billing Operation Specialist. Their billing office did not communicated in any way with us either.

They submitted the case to their collection company, Call Escalade. They did not communicated with either and decided to damage my wife credit report. What can we do about it? Now we are trying to buy an apartment and her credit is destroyed. What can we do?

Loss:
$9360
