Could Also be known as Online vacation journeys.
We were scheduled to go on the Ireland, Iceland, Greenland tour. We had had to sod trouble with our Enrichment journey expert travel agent making me wary of this trip to begin with.
When the pandemic hit We canceled. It took forever to get the money back from the land portion of the tour although Celebrity cruises refunded right away. Enrichment journey refused to refund the deposit and insurance, keeping close to $2200 even Though the trip was eventually canceled when these countries closed down. One last couple who hadnt canceled got all of their money refunded.
Explaining that this was a special situation Held no ice. They just kept saying I could rebook. We will be taking a road trip and I thought I could use part of my credit for the hotel.
Now they say Id have to use the whole desist portion $998 at one time or lose it all together. Ill never use them again!

Have been on several EJ trips and have really enjoyed them all. Have never had any problems BUT am scheduled to go to Italy in May 2020 and even though at the present time, Apr 2020, Italy is in total lockdown due to the coronavirus and there have been over 12000 deaths there, EJ still refuses to cancel the trip saying maybe things will improve. RIGHT!Always thought they were pretty good but have doubts about their concern for their clients
Never again
On Enrichment Journey's first trip to Iceland. They never pre-tested the itenerary.
They should have paid us!! Spent 2 hours at the airport waiting for our group to come in from different flights. So many sights, so little time! Off the bus.
Take a picture. Back on the bus. Our group then went on to Amsterdam to cruise the Baltic. Our flight was late getting in.
We had trouble finding our representative who was escorting us to the ship. She never notified the ship we were on our way. We got to the dock as the gangplank was being lifted.
We had to grab our own luggage and run to the ship. Will never use them again

25 day Holy Land Jordon amaway river cruise from Budepest. Cant say enough good things.
Everything co ordinated great guides bus on time getting to each location. This was a great trip and other travelers felt same way. Yes the cost was high but would never have been able to do for less . Because the agenda and hotels arranged it removed much stress.
Would i do another trip with Enrichment Journeys..YES.

Frustrated and disappointed!!!
Booked the Australia vIP tour for Oct 24, 2013 back in January. Just received our final confirmation and noticed a flagrant error in their planning.
Only the day of arrival in Sidney. This is after a two day plane trip from Miami. Called the company and notified them of their mistake. Now they inserted an evening in Sydney the night before we board the ship.
Who goes to Australia and doesn't spend time in the most important city? They refused to make any adjustment.
Will never book again with Enrichment. They don't return phone calls, and punish customers for their mistakes.

Took a land tour for 9 days of Ireland and Scotland. Most people were not met at the airport.
Order of visits was altered before trip and was not thought out. Nice hotels except for Dublin (not acceptable). Always seemed to be confusion and lack of communication with EJ. The second part of the trip was in conjunction with Celebrity cruises.
Flew to Amsterdam, stayed the night and then had to have luggage out of room by 9AM if we wanted to include the "included porterage" and not being picked up until 1PM to be transported to ship. Didn't even have buses big enough to take whole group and luggage. By the way, their idea of porterage is far removed. Didn't even have EJ luggage identifiers so that hotel staff could mark luggage with room #s etc.
Took luggage ourselves most of the time. After finally getting on the ship (not Celebritys fault), the actual cruise was great. Next situation was the return airport transfer. There were supposed to be 2 times for the early and late flights.
Everyone was told that they had to get off first at 7AM. Was there anyone to meet us after disembarking and claiming luggage? You're joking? 30 plus people and no EJ!
Fortunately my past life as a travel consultant took over and I managed to find the right people and the bus. Thank God for a wonderful bus driver, Peter. I cannot continue to speak for the group after we were dropped off at the airport, but I am confident in saying there were not many happy campers. I'm really disappointed in Online Vacations for adding a new branch to their company.
I would be embarassed if I were you. I have used Online for years and am not sure I will continue. I guess I made the mistake thinking that if EJ was part of Online and using Celebrity, I was making the right decision. Not the case!
Celebrity has nothing to do with any of this and I think they should reevaluate their relationship with Online. If anyone would like to know more about what happened to the people that were not met on arrival in the beginning, I would be happy to fill you in. STAY AWAY FROM ENRICHMENT JOURNEYS.

14 day Crusie with Enrichment Journeys Dublin to Iceland
14 day cruise out of Dublin on the Sea Explorer, no TV,DVD/CD, not totally refurbished, old and dirty, electronic card systems never worked, guest lectures where dreadful same lectures week 2 as week 1, same movies week 2 as week 1, no entertainment, no luxury items in baths such as q tips, shower caps, shoe wipes, sewing kits etc. Before boarding the ship we where put in a remote hotel in Dublin and offered infrequent shuttles to town.
Warning to other cruise customer think long and hard before taking any Enrichment Journey trip, they charged a first rate price $12,500 and delivered a unsatisfactory product.

A review was already provided for this booking on May 26, 2020. As we mentioned in our previous response, when a client initiates a trip cancellation, the standard cancellation policy at that time applies.
Any future offer, due to cessation at the cruise line or otherwise, is not retroactive and cannot be applied to anyone's reservation who canceled previously. This is not unique to Online Vacation Center—cruise lines, escorted tour operators, and other travel agencies have similar policies. The amount and timeline you stated for the refund is inaccurate. We have it on file that the cruise line refunded you in March and our company refunded you in April (less the $998 Non-Refundable Agency deposit and insurance premium you agreed to at the time of booking), with the check being cashed the same month it was issued.
While the Non-Refundable Agency deposit was not refunded, your Personal Vacation Manager advised it is transferable and can be applied to a new reservation. Since we are not the insurance provider, refundability of the insurance premium and any other policies set forth by the insurance company are out of our control. However, the premium (if no claim is filed) can also be applied to a future booking. Both of these payments, which are typically not refundable, are able to be used on a future booking with an extension on date options that were not previously available, due to the pandemic.
