Went for help and got charged fees

AI Highlights
  • - I asked the bank to stop a fraudulent purchase and got provisional credit that was withdrawn without notice, causing a negative balance and $144 owed.

I called the bank to stop a fraudulent purchase. I got a provisional credit for the purchase while the investigated the purchase.

When they did not find in my favor they took the provisional credit back without notification causing the account to go in the negative, withheld other purchased and I ended up owing them $144.00. If they communicated they were going to take back the provisional credit I would have just transferred funds. But I'm glad that happened because I just got a huge federal contract and guess where I wont be banking.

I am not happy with the way you post charges purposely causing insufficient fees. Thanks for the wake up call.
