ENotes Lack of customer service
- - Five refund emails were sent after being charged for a forgotten free trial.
- - The first email was sent one day after the charge; the reviewer feels ignored.
I sent five emails to them requesting a refund because I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent the first email requesting support a day after I was charged.
I am starting to think I am being intentionally ignored. Never buy anything from eNotes.

Emails will not let me reply it keeps saying error 500
- - Called but no one answered; it went to voicemail.
- - Can't email my husband back due to error 500.
- - We paid for emails but can't use them.
I called and nobody bothered picking up it was an answering machine that picked up and I still couldn't get a hold of anybody I cannot email my husband back it keeps saying error 500 and he is not in a good headspace we paid for the emails and I can't even use them

Can't reply to my friend
Nothing ever came of it, and now she's pissed, and I don't know what to do or say. Can't reply anyway!!!
- I can only talk to her if she emailed me first then i have to get the reply back to her in a allotted amount of time

Still no contact from enotes. This has been the hardest process to cancel something, Just want to cancel the subscription asap. If no respond will be take those to credit card company

I want to cancel suscription

Originally I got a subscription yesterday it did not have what I was looking for. Went to cancel the morning and it required an entity number besides my information. I kept trying and they said it would cost a dollar sent me back to pay for subscription screen

The worst and pathetic experience with this website who literally robbed Rs1000 indian rupees from my account even after cancelling my free trial before 20hrs.I mean which kind of behaviour is this and how your customers will gain trust on this when you dont have authenticity and not even customer support.?
I urge on immediate basis to get me a favourable solution or else i am to take some action against it soon.
