Lyft sucks!

So I was driving for Lyft on my way to pick up a passenger and I hit a deer. It only messed up my bumper, not an expensive fix.

I literally paid almost half the money I made to pay their insurance requirements.

When I file a claim they tell me I have to pay a 2500 deductible, for a bumper! They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend working for them and if your a rider, go to Uber!

Driver stole cell phone

Since I have not been contacted, I will go ahead and advise on all social media outlets and company review sites about how inept Lyft is in regards to ensuring their drivers are individuals who have the moral capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of their customers. The lack of customer support is also an issue since there is no customer service number to speak with anyone.

There are no checks and balances to ensure that steps are put in place to ensure lost and found items are returned instead of being stolen.

Also, Lyft fails to hold their drivers accountable and doesn't even require them to respond to their calls, even though as independent contractors, the drivers represent and are the face of Lyft. I will advise that in Columbia, SC, you allowed an individual as I described, named Timoye, to work as an independent contractor for your company.
