Pretty frustrating to pay for UPS ground and then when they have it direct shipped from manufacturer it comes fedex. Fedex sucks, I have a part that was due 3 days ago saying arriving today 900 miles away.
They should have a deal with manufacturers that if they will give them business those manufacturers will use proper shipping and send out in a timely manner. Or at least not charge for ups ground if thats not the case.
