My Name is Andrea Houston I am leaving y'all this message because someone emailed me about an order number and a cancellation number I never wanted to cancel my order I wanted my order to proceed on only thing I wanted to be canceled was the other one that was for $13.99that was it the other order could have just stayed as it was the order number was 467784 and a cancellation order number was 106182

I ordered scents for Valentine's Day, and apparently, they automatically signed me up for a subscription. I had no clue until my card was charged again for 30 dollars.
Long story short, I've been trying to contact them via phone and email for 4 days now, and I have gotten nothing.
On my end, it shows I have no subscriptions to this site. It's frustrating that a company doesn't care about its clients like this.

Im still waiting on my refund for my purchase.
I was supposed to have gotten the product for the Christmas and new year 50% Off special.
And you guys charged me $139.00 when I was only supposed to pay $39.00.

This product is terrible. It is not at all what was advertised, and I do not want it.
The subscription is damn near impossible to cancel, and they don't answer the phone or respond to emails! Horrible! -10/10 I do not recommend!
The scent is barely there and doesn’t last but a few seconds, and my husband couldn’t even smell it. They are selling lies!

When they do email a response they still don't cancel the subscription that was never asked for, nor wanted. It's been months now, and it's been a terrible experience.
