No confirmation on my purchase
I purchased a paid of Ugg boots for my daughter today. It took the money off my card but said my payment was declined and I never got a confirmation number AND my purchase is still in my shopping cart online.
I just want to be assured my order is in progress because Englin s took my money off my card but I have no confirmation as to my purchase being made. I dont know when it will arrive or anything.
