Try to light stove after replacing auger motor and a clean out of fire box also cleaned out line to pressure switch. Some tries to light for 15 to 20 min then E2 light comes on and stove shuts off

Uses lots of pellets. I think I have it set on the lowest setting.
Would like to understand the controls just a little better.
Also, would like to know how high my chimney needs to be. I have a going out the wall about 3 foot then I have my tea then I have about 4 foot with an elbow on it.
