This business needs to be stopped
we bought an engine from the company. Less than a week later the engine quit.
We contacted the company which went by Engine Parts Distributing . and we were told they would pick up engine and fix as we were given a warranty. It took several phone c alls and false promises but they finally picked up blown engine and we were told it would be replace within a week. After 3 or 4 weeks we again contacted them and they said it would be delivered to us that Friday.
Again we waited and nothing. We contacted them again and were now told that they were having trouble finding an engine of that kind. We are a shop also and were doing this on behalf of a customer of ours so we had to once again tell the customer we were still waiting. After that we contacted them weekly to be told over and over again that they were delivering the new engine within a week only to have it not show up.
Then we were finally given the new engine but when we faxed bill for the parts and labor we had to pay out to have engine reinstalled which is suppose to be covered under the warranty, we again waited a month and no reply. When I did reach someone they told me that they wouldnt cover the additional costs even though it is clearly stated in the warranty. I have researched the company since as I was told of other bad experiences and they have under several different company names received an F on the BBB site. They have 42 + recent complaints as CHS And the GBL name .
I think they should be stopped from doing business as they think by changing their name they are free to keep on ripping off consumers without consequencesI want to see them out of business as they think they can keep on ripping people off and chan ging the company name to keep people unaware of the way they do business. It is not as if its a random thing they are doing this constantly.

Greg Mahoney is a crook, I knew of him 20 years ago while I was in the same industry. Somethings never change
I hope you filed a report with the Attorney General. I have known of that guy for 30 yrs and in that 30 yrs i think he has had 12+ business names. I'm in the same business and it just amazes me and others how he can just keep screwing the public,
