- - Bread molds and becomes soggy, stinky, likely from packaging.
- - Loaves cost $11-$12 each; I received a rotting, inedible loaf.
The company was contacted by email which should have been sufficient. I did not call them, but shouldn't have to to get a response.
It would have been fine if they would have just responded by sending back an email.I am not pleased that they have so little regard for what is a legitimate complaint about their rotting loaf of bread. A well known company like Ener G should do better with their customers.
Once before I had to write to your company regarding a problem with your product, and had hoped that it would not be necessary to do this ever again.
Something , probably in the packaging process, has allowed the bread to mold. The bread becomes soggy, moldy and grossly stinky.
It costs between $11 and $12 a loaf.
Usually I try to buy 4 loaves at a time, so it is not necessary to go back to the store any earlier than needed otherwise. So now I'm short on supply, and have paid for a rotting inedible loaf of bread.
You need better quality control!
User's recommendation: Keep your receipts for their products. The lack of response to my recently sent letter surprises me, especially since this seems to be a well established company, and has some good gluten free products.
