Although we lost the money a supervisor sent us a proposal to try to recover in exchange of services. I close the case but we prefer not use endicia.p and much less for delicate and expensive things.

I tried to call Yuri several times and the other supervisor called Jessica told me she left the message. But appears now everyone ran and all the words talked and supposed understanding apparently are ignored and including they simply avoid the situation saying they are so busy.

What type of business is this where we trusted thousands of dollars not just in this transaction but in several more. Endicia risked our business. We want this company be honest and instead of trying make time to distract and take you to the limits of expiration, they must be more honest also and stop making the play of the chronograph because they count for everything and avoid pay you any second. But who count to them all the time they make you lose in phone calls, mails they don’t answer? They can answer you one email in several days, the phone calls as you can see they evade you, and when the time pass they immediately negate your claim and also they lose your packages without paying you for the damages.

In this case they lose our package and they want to avoid playing to the game of time created themselves to make you fall in a trap. How is possible the supervisor Yuri told us via phone weeks ago to help us and now she doesn’t call us back? Also how is possible herself said me not to contact the general al phone line because their agents don’t know some information and are a disaster and she suggested better contact her to a direct line of supervisor? How is possible they have employees who gives you bad information and at the end this affects you.

Anyway direct line or not she called today several times and a Jessica told us she left the message to call us back and nobody called. It’s very disappointing. They instead to help business now with the coronavirus they by the contrary wants to destroy your company with bad actions. We just want our 1500 refund and we want they company act honest.

This company is a fraud. Made us lost time in phone calls to reach the time of a supposed expiration of 90 days.

They say you lies via phone. Go to other place. They stole us 1500 US. Supervisors pretend to help but they dont anything, they just make time to reach the expirations and avoid pay you the insurance.

awe shipped in November 4, but we called them in January and they never told us open a claim, they told us to wait because it was on transit, other agents other lies to open a new claim when it was open supposed one, etc. At the end you can know hope it ends, they reach the expiration of 90 days we didnt now, they trap you and they steal the money.
