Took $3000. and Did Nothing as Proposed

Was solicited by Home Advocate Firm about my mortgage issues. Referred me to Endeavor Legal for unfair, legal issues with lender. Took $3000. and seemed to only be acting toward modification. Document after document, and after 4 months I made demand for what they done. They did nothing and never even contacted lender. Sent me some pre made generic forms and basically said Goodby. Spoke to a Pam King, she promised to make alright. Never heard from her again. Still out money, put in jeopardy of losing home, as I thought they are doing something. Appears set up a Legal scam to get Modification Money up front, but they did Nothing

wow thank you for posting this .. they just called me and I wanted to believe them but they immediately wanted to charge by card one dollar //

Do not hire Endevour legal group from California for a loan modification on your home. They take your money and tell you they can save you 200.00 to 300.00 a month on your mortgage. I did it myself and was going to save 80.00 , they did it I paid 4000.00 for them to save me 100.00. All they do is take your paperwork and submit it to your mortgage company, they do not negotiate . SCAM IS WHAT I SAY BEWARE.
