Endeavor Card
I am very upset at this card company that tax act goes through with the Endeavor card. I have been trying for 2 days to get a hold of them and they keep saying it costs $2.50 to speak with someone live then hangs up on me!
NEVER EVER will I use tax act again because of who they associate with! Bad business!
There is so much more wrong with the Endeavor card but Iam to pissed to even write it! What company does not even pick up their customers phone calls what a crock of *** and I will be reporting them!

DO NOT ELECT TO GET THE ENDEAVOR CARD THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY ARE HOLDING PEOPLE TAX REFUND EXTRA LONG TO GET INTEREST MONEY ON IT.
THEY COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE, THE FIRST ONE IS YOUR NOT GOING TO RECIEVE YOUR CARD ON TIME WITHIN THE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS THEY SAY.
NEXT WHEN YOU CALL TO INQUIRE ON WHATS TAKING SO LONG EACH CALL COST $2.50 WHICH THEY WILL DEDUCT EACH TIME YOU CALL. IF YOU ASK TO HAVE A NEW CARD SHIPPED EXPEDITED THAT IS ADDITIONAL $50 AND DONT FORGET THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CARD BLOCKED ON PURPOSE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.
Endeavor Card has been a total night mare!! I filed my taxes using taxact and elected to get the endeavor card on 2/2/2012.
I never received my card my refund posted on 2/24/2012 I called on the 2/25/2012 and elected to have a new card sent expedited and I had to pay $50 for 2 to 3 delivery. I got the card on 2/29/2012 and my card had been blocked by there fraud department, they said there had been some suspicious activity, I asked what that was since the original card was never recieved and I just got the new one. Any how they told me I needed to send proof of address and a copy of photo id and social sercurity card. I faxed in everything, my card was still blocked called them back they said they couldnt read the social sercurity card and the photo id , I advised them that I myself seen how the print looked prior to faxing and it was ledgable.
I refaxed everything in and enlarged everything to page full page size and still my card is blocked. I will never use this service again.
