Difficulty subscribing
I am a past subscriber (perhaps ten years ago) but when I tried to resubscribe on the weekend outside your business hours, it was impossible due to the construction of your system: Instead of permitting me to simply Re-subscribe and pay the premium rate, I was confronted with error messages stating that my e mail was already enrolled and it was impossible to proceed. Please kindly advise your suggestions how to proceed in these circumstances as I am generally unavailable to speak with you on the phone during your business hours.
