I placed a large order in November, and the funds were removed from my account. It is now January 17 and I have repeatedly tried to contact encore.

I have left numerous messages with no response.No one ever answers the phone, or responds to emails. CROOKS!3

Same thing here! I placed an on-line order and it took almost a week to get confirmation it shipped but then I waited 2 weeks to actually receive it.

Am hesitant about placing another order. Tried again calling 2 days ago - voice mail, no call back!

Encore electronic cigarette !

i have purchaced a encore electronic cigarette in hopes of cutting down on my cigarette smoking. The electronic cigarette seemed to be working correctly in the first day, but when the first cartridge change came about is when the problem with this electric cigarette came about.

While useing the second cartridge it leaked putting product on my tongue, this created a burning sensatition but realy didnt think did,nt think anything about it. I noticed as the day went on the burning sensatition got worse. By the evening time the burnpng seem to progress so i checked it in the mirror and to my surprise my tongue had burn red blochy spots all over .I have contacted the company and like all cigarette companies they will evade your concerns and questions. I am very upset and in pain due to the use of this product and felt as a consumer it was my duty to warn other consumers of falty products that could cause pain or disfigurment due to product quality.

These companies only care about themselves and the money they can make off the customers. I you or a family members are thinking about useing a electric cigarette please think twice and do not use any encore vapor electronic cigarette products

I had a few issues with them and they responded quickly. Their "cigalike" kit worked well for me but I ended up losing the battery.

Ive also had one of their refillable and the first one worked fine, but the 2 after that did not work well. Also their tanks don't work well.

I'm a retailer in the tobacco industry for over 13 years and this is by far the most unreliable product our store has ever carried and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at their company. They do not return calls, and no one picks up the phone.

I wonder if they are still in business.

Very unprofessional and now we are stuck with a ton of their products (some of it returned by customers due to the items not working or breaking on them). :sigh

I absolutely love my encore cigarette!! This is the third e-cig I have bought and its going to be the last company I will ever try!

I used to smoke menthols so I purchased the menthol kit. It was amazing! Its more mint then anything!!

I have been (real) cigarette free for more than a week and I would never have been able to do it without Encore!! 8)

Encore has worked very well for my family and I have been a customer for almost 4 months now.

Try V2cigs cartridges they are cheeper,taste better, last longer and they fit the encore cig.

I have been slowely using the encore e cig for five days now, but over the last 2 days it is hard for me to take in a whole breath. Every 4 to 5 breaths I need to take a big deep breath that isnt big either.

I called the 877 number just to be told there are no warnings or reactions to worry about. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am very familiar with this company and they definitely do not treat customers like your claiming. You obviously are confused because they have been our supplier for over 2 years and their customer service is stellar.

After reading this post, I couldn't disagree with you more. My son recently bought me an Encore electronic cigarette starter kit.

The thing has worked wonders for me. I actually broke my usb charger and called them to find out about a replacement. They offered me a free replacement usb, and I found that their customer service was very friendly and honest.

I would suggest calling them and asking to speak with Jake, he was the guy we spoke with and he was awesome. Anonymous complaints are really shaky, good luck with, I'm sure they will take care of you.

I'm not going to bust chops here. I love the product but every time I buy the replacements at least one cartridge wont work, but usually two don't work.

Anyone else having this problem or do I have a faulty battery? Don't think so since 65-70% of cartridges work

I have the same issue, EVERY pkg. I've purchased have 1-2 duds in them.

I'm trying to find a phone # or email complain for the company and can't find anything on google.

The store told me of a tip that is cheaper that will fit but that doesn't help me on a sunday night when the stores are closed and the last 2 tips are duds. $11 down the drain again.

Their contact info is on their website and has been. I purchase their packages of carts weekly as I vape them frequently, and have since 2012.

I have never, and I repeat, Never. had a dud.
