Wasted my time
Never showed up for an estimate and no courtesy call saying he would be late. He called 15 after the appointment.
Drove back and fourth from work for nothing. No follow up call and never an apology. Absolutely pathetic!!!
Update: Obviously, A recurring issue with the review posted below!!! Use a different company, for your needs.
Update 2: This company has blocked me on all SM outlets. Until I get a call from the GM and a formal apology, I will keep posting all over.
BBB, yelp and wherever else, I can. Waiting for your call guys.

Upon grinding of the floor and at the garage door's apron, they caused a drainage pitch issues.
Winter water puddles and freezes up around the garage door and the floor areas causing the Encore Floor Coating to pop off the concrete floor. To today's date Encore Garage Foor will not warrant the repair.
Having purchased this four thousand plus dollar foor coating and receiving a poor run around service... you be would a little angry customer!
