Complaint

Dirty bathrooms. Not like when

First opened.

I

Realize many people in and out but needs to be monitored by managers more often. Also slot machines have glasses and cups and so sticky on the buttons and area. I have seen cleaners just walk by and not acknowledge it.

Please keep Encore Beautiful! Too many casinos dirty and run down

terrible service feel discriminated against. Was treated the worse made to wait in a lobby for 3 hours with no seating for a early check in while watching many others have the same request granted.

Kudos to two employees who went above and beyond assisting me to find a lost phone. Exer Garcia and NormanBrzycki showed professionalism and respect and I would like you to share my thanks and appreciation with them. The event occurred Tuesday April 25, as I was a guest overnight.

Just give opinion on parking services attendant

Valet parking attendant,the guys who greeted and give out ticket to customers in the day time in black uniform is not pleasant no work ethic ,not happy,dont talk much in English seem like no motivation with the job . Some parking attendant looks nice and neat,some dont look so good, shirt outside the pants and dont even help guests with luggage or stuff into the car. No say anything just take money and run.

Inexcusable treatment of a patron

January 30th, 2021

I had 5X $1 chips which I dropped/threw onto the floor as a "good luck" gesture. We know how all of our endorphins flow when we "find" something unexpectedly worth of "value".

However, another patron saw them and said that "I don't want them and I don't want them on the floor"??? I just simply told him that he can just leave them be. He started swearing profanity at me which I simply just told him "you can just leave if you want". A security guard was right next to him and had no doubt heard of his profanity and there are other dealers and patrons that I normally gamble with that did hear of the profanity and none coming from me.

However, I was escorted to the 1st floor cage by security guards to my parking and read my "banned from the casino speech".

I always had high admiration for Steve Wynn with his ethics in the casino business.

He was paying employees without having to apply for unemployment with the shutdown of the casino during the current COVID-19 pandemic. It's unfortunate with regards to his allegation of sexual improprieties which led to his removal from a company that he has built-up over the last few decades.
