Trying to get a hold of customer service no one’s contacted me. I never received an item.
I purchased the dual pack two pens and a free guy book and never received the Guy book. I opened the second pen and it doesnt work.
It doesnt charge.
Im trying to get a hold of customer service and no ones contacting me back. I sent numerous emails.
Preferred solution: I would like to get a new plasma pen and return the one that doesn’t work
