Enchanted Forest Water Safari

Hello , My name is Sharon Keyes and i have a seasonal pass for Water Safari . I invited a friend who was visiting me from out of town last Saturday 8/14 to spend the day there with me .

She used my half price guest pass included with my pass . She also put money on a splash cash card . The park was extremely crowded when we went to look for seats at the lazy river . We are both senior citizens so we planned on just floating in it , the wave pool and the circus show .

We couldn’t find a seat or tube rental at lazy river , no seats at the wave pool . It was extremely hot we were getting overheated with no place to sit . We decided that we could stay and enjoy ourselves under these overcrowded conditions. I went to guest services to ask for my guest ticket to be returned on my pass , be refunded my friends $23.00 that she paid for it and have her splash cash returned .

The girl returned her splash cash and called a supervisor for the other returns whom said no problem and left . The employee gave my friend a pass to use another time . My friend said she would like the cash refund that she paid to get in because she won’t be coming back due to living out of state . And I wanted the guest ticket put back on my season pass to use for another guest .

She called another supervisor who said no it cannot be done . We left after being there less than 45 minutes without my guest pass , her refunded $23.00 for paying for it and a piece of paper for another day which she cannot use very upset . I have had a good time for the past two seasons visiting many times with no problems and planned on another season next Spring . I buy the passes for my grandchildren for Christmas who love going there .

I feel terrible for my friend on a limited income who couldn’t enjoy the day due to overcrowding or get reimbursed , I no longer can get another guest in with my half off pass and she has a pass that she can’t use . Please look into this for us . It doesn’t seem right .
