Fix my nail drill that was sent to me that doesn't work
This company doesnt care about its customers, they just want your money. Customer service wont talk to you over the phone, only via email, had I saw the reviews before purchasing I wouldnt have wasted $300 dollars to begin with, very disappointing

How is this Company still operating if you cant take care of your customer when something goes wrong? You cant even talk to customer service over the phone, only via email? I regret buying items from this company that sends items to people that dont work, very low quality all around, BIG SCAM
User's recommendation: You don’t get a refund, exchange, or get to cancel your order after it being placed. They will take your money and won’t reply to your emails. Believe the BAD reviews, the good ones are SCAMS.

I was trying to put a discount code in and somehow it checked me out. If code didnt work I wasnt buying it. Called right after to cancel it and they would not cancel it. I didnt realize how desperate this company was for money. Will not do anymore business with them.
