How is this Company still operating if you cant take care of your customer when something goes wrong? You cant even talk to customer service over the phone, only via email? I regret buying items from this company that sends items to people that dont work, very low quality all around, BIG SCAM

User's recommendation: You don’t get a refund, exchange, or get to cancel your order after it being placed. They will take your money and won’t reply to your emails. Believe the BAD reviews, the good ones are SCAMS

This company doesnt care about its customers, they just want your money. Customer service wont talk to you over the phone, only via email, had I saw the reviews before purchasing I wouldnt have wasted $300 dollars to begin with, very disappointing

I was trying to put a discount code in and somehow it checked me out. If code didnt work I wasnt buying it. Called right after to cancel it and they would not cancel it. I didnt realize how desperate this company was for money. Will not do anymore business with them.

Problem with the apron I just got.

The apron string on the back are only about 3 on each side. This wouldnt fit a small child, let alone an adult! Please let me know what you can do. Thank you Sandy

There is no customer service if you have a problem with your order. No one returns you email or phone calls. This makes me leery. To order from them again!

I to had a similar experience with Enailcouture. I placed an order on 7/15. You are not made aware of their policies until your order has been placed. After 1 month of waiting I emailed them and a generic response was received. No updates are given concerning your order. I contacted Klarna and according to their terms they cancelled the order because it had not been processed in a timely manner. I stated with them I had sent an email to Enailcouture and would be sending another one that I wanted to cancel my order. Once again, generic response. All of a sudden two days ago, the package arrived. I no longer have need or use of because after waiting almost three months I spent money with another company who sent my order immediately. I have opened a dispute with Klarna who allowed the payment to go through. I have requested a return label be sent as I will not pay to return items I stated I no longer wanted or needed. Ignoring customer complaints and not responsibly giving updates to your customers is no way to conduct a business.

I ordered on August 4th I gave until September the 4th the emailed them about my order they sent an automatic response talking about Covid. I opened up 2 BBB complaints and called and spoke to Sezzle about my order. They are going to help me started a dispute with this company. And another thing I hate about this company they take you money and still send you all these damn emails on their products. I want my order then I will take my email address off theirs. Because I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Unfilled order-lack of response on delay order/no customer service

I placed an order 7/15 and have not received it. I've emailed with no response, this company is not fulfilling their orders but they are still taking folks money. There are no updates regarding where your order is. No where on the site can you confirm where they are with your order. They do not allow you cancel the order and they do not give refunds. They claim the delays are due to COVID which is a lie since this is a common practice of this company which you can confirm by the numerous complaints from other consumers. At this point I feel duped, bamboozle, scammed and this company should be held accountable for their poor business practice. They are taking peoples money and not giving them what they bought. MY ADVICE..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Spend your money somewhere where they appreciate the business.
