Verified ReviewerFake FedEx number scam
We all use PayPal for many reasons but I thought their buyer protection would save me. Unfortunately PayPal listened to a scammer with a FedEx tracking number that had nothing to do with me as proof of delivery.
I sent them an email from FedEx showing that the seller was scamming me and others, but they denied my claim and subsequent appeals.
It would have only taken 5 minutes to call FedEx and have them confirm the fraud. The fake FedEx letter and a real FedEx email are attached.

SCAMMERS and THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a switch for my son for Christmas. He passed away unexpectedly the day before Thanksgiving.
This is obviously an awful time in my life right now. I have been trying to return this item through Enabling devices. I cannot get in contact with anyone! I have to make quite a few attempted phone calls and emails to keep explaining the horrible event that occurred with my son.
Had it not coat almost $80 with shipping, I would not be worried about it but, with losing our son, I also lost my job and would like a refund. These thieves are not responding to my emails and I just want to return this unused item. What a rip off.
People ordering from this business are already going through enough as is because, raising a special needs child is beautiful and amazing but, it is stressful and scary because, events like my son's unexpected passing are always on our minds. I do NOT recommend the use of this company to anyone!
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: do not use. HORRIBLE customer service because there is none. I's rate negative stars if applicable.
Enabling Devices toys for special children the worst !
Buyer please beware! The costumer service at Enabling Devices-Toys for Special Children is the worst. Although some of their products are good, they have several that are of poor quality.
If you contact the company about a defective product, their attitude is "so what, that's just the way it is made." The products are expensive and it is unpredictable if you will get a product that works well. The company simply will not back anything they make.
I would urge people to try other special needs companies that really care for their costumers. Order at your own risk!!!!
Enabling Devices: horrible customer service
This company double-charged my credit card, and it's been a horrid experience trying to simply get a return phonecall from their customer service people.
They have supposedly (and finally) credited my account, but it does not show at my bank and they cannot explain why.
The most frustrating part is the lack of return calls, most recently today when one person said she'd call me in 10 minutes and four hours later, I once again had to call back.
They have wasted huge amounts of my time. I asked for an additional $20 credit to cover some of my time and aggravation, and they said they would not do that. The non-existent customer service at Enabling Devices has made me realize that doing any type of business with this company is a bad idea and I want others to beware.
