Ordered item and there's no 800 number to contact for customer service. I continue to get a bot. It's frustrating and I'm beyond mad about their policies.

I ordered boots on Nov 27 for $119. EMU charged my card and sent order confirmation.
I tracked my order and the date kept changing to later but latest delivery date was listed by Dec 20.
I contacted EMU by email just to confirm delivery status on Dec 17. They responded late on Dec 22 that the order was rejected because my email was a security risk due to having the same number listed twice in the email address (77). They told me to reorder with an email that did not have consecutive same number.
Now almost a month later, the boot is $41 dollars higher plus its sold out in my daughters size. Plus they havent refunded me for the order they are rejecting.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I have two orders for two separate boots one of the boots came in wrong size so I paid for label to send them back so I can get the correct size and I have never heard back from them the second order I bought on December 2nd I paid full price and I still have not heard anything about where the boots are when I call kanner Corporation I keep getting the runaround

I am hoping to receive a call, text or email, so that I can return and receive my new boots .
