Flint, Michigan, emterra group has a lot of illegal things going on. They also only put black people in situations where we can lose our license, get hurt or even lose our life.
The management is racist, they curse, spit, and throw dirt on your name. There are about 8 trucks that do not have insurance as well as up-to-date tags. They are not safe to operate on any circumstances. They hire Caucasian drivers with no experience.
And tell African American drivers we need 2 years experience. Our management drinks and smoke on the job. As well as drivers and loaders. They harass African American people consistently on an everyday basis.
