From the HR department to the customer service department at Discovery Benefits FSA Debit Card

We have been given nothing but the run around since March 14th regarding coverage on the FSA debit card. Some said we had coverage, others said the remaining balance on the card was good to use. Another rep says we cannot claim anything after March 2nd, (my husband was laid off on March 1st). This is the first year the FSA was offered. We used 200 and change, now we have a remaining of $241.xx that can't be used, or claimed.
