Watch is not working

I got emporia Armani watch from Flipkart before 5 days but it was not running I replaced watch and yesterday I got replacement watch but still watch is not running. What is happening kindly resolve this issue

Emporio Armani - Refund

I bought a polo shirt from your store in emporio mall in new Delhi, India on the 9th of aug'2022. i went to return the product today and your store associate told me that it was a company policy to not not take any returns, hence no refund.

The product is intact with all tags and not used. If there is any such policy which according to your global website says all returns are possible within 30 days of the purchase. Your store associates here in India are misleading the customers. kindly guide me as to how to take this forward.

i would appreciate your quick response.

Also your associate Mohit at the new Delhi store has assured that i don't ever go shopping at any of your brands across the globe. Very disappointed with the response and the service at your store.

I have bought a pair of Emporio Armani glasses from Shoppers Stop in Mumbai- India on 17/1/2016. Model OEA2025/300373 I have not been using them. Recently, when I removed them to use, to my surprise I found the coating on the glasses peeling off! I would not have expected that from a prestigious brand like yours. I own a number of sunglasses and have never experienced such a thing before. As CEO of one of the leading advertising agencies , I understand brand performance and brand promise and am willing to pay a premium for the same. I am aware that the product guarantee period must have elapsed,please let me know what can be done about my glasses. I am would like to attach photos of the guarantee card and my glasses but there is no provision on this facility. Thank you
