stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This is the worst company you could ever do business with they are nothing but thieves After an accident on February 11, 2023, they had my car over 2 months and at 1st I was told it would be 6 to 7 grand. Though my vehicle is fully insured the insurance company would not cover the damages But I repeat car fully insured After all Is said and done the owner Anthony the worst human being you could ever come in contact with the rudest Greediest individual you could ever meet the worst company To do business with it should be shut down At the end of the day the vehicle ended up costing $12,436 Mind you his "and when I say his I mean Anthony Quote "was 6 to 7 Thousand After 2 and a 1/2 months and getting my car on April 27, 2023, The next day when I get in my car to go to work my light indicator comes on saying tighten the fuel cap when I go to Tighten the fuel cap I find that my fuel cap was cut off I called Empire spoke to one of the employees I will not mention the employees because the employees Unfortunately work for this man, and they are just doing their job they were not rude they were actually pleasant people unfortunately they have the misfortune to work for this guy.

When I call an advice what I had discovered I was placed on hold and then told that Anthony said for me to bring in the car So he can look at it but because I cannot drive around without a fuel cap on, so my gas does not continue to evaporate I had to buy one I go on Saturday, April 29th to show What I discovered the 1st words out of Anthony's Mouth was we didn't work on this end we only worked on the front not once did he say which is what he should have said as a businessman was, not sure how this could have happened but let me make it right because I'm sure he wasn't standing watch while my car was being worked on. But no, instead he indicates that he's being lied to, I guess a crook would always assume someone else is trying to scam him. When I inform him, yet again this happened while my vehicle was under your watch, he sarcastically looks at me and says what do you want money. I replied what I wanted is for him to make it right because it happened while my vehicle was in his care He rudely asked How much did I spend On the cap which I replied $16 he rudely tells his employee to confirm my address After I told him I was not going to waste my time and go back again like he suggested coming back on Monday, so he can replace the cap mind you I had already bought one.

I'm still waiting for the reimbursement For having to replace my field cap.

But I guess a crook would prefer to keep his money. I believe God don't like ugly and this Is the ugliest human being you could ever meet, so will I recommend Auto body of Broward absolutely not The owner Anthony is a money hungry Scammer,

avoid this company at all cost.

Can’t seem to get my vehicle from these people after they’ve had it for 10 weeks

Empire Auto Body of Broward - Can’t seem to get my vehicle from these people after they’ve had...

I had an accident on November 22, 2022 as of today, January 30th, 2023,I still dont have my vehicle. I told those people 3 weeks ago to just put my vehicle back together and Ill come for it but they refused to do so because they are just too greedy.

Theyre trying to bleed GEICO dry. I had my attorney to call them and they are the rudest, nastiest people ever and have no business being in business. Theres nothing professional about them. These people lie so much.

Every time I called them its always something new.straight liars and dont care about the inconvenience they cause on people. I would never ever refer anyone to them. They need to shut that place down permanently. My vehicle was not even hit that badly.

Just to mention theyve already gotten over 7,000 from GEICO and wanting more. Well if they want a lawsuit then thats what theyll get.

AVOID THIS SHOP!

I was recommended this shop after my car was towed into Emerald Towing saying its GM Certified. They are for sure working with the tow company. After my Corvette was in the shop for 6 months I got it back with paint chips on the Bumper, a glass door that wasnt aligned so water gets in when it rains, broken inside door plastic cover. They also replaced the targa roof with a used one that was previously fixed so the seals are different on both sides so it leaks from there too. They charged me $600 for a wrap removal that insurance didnt cover but didnt even bother to take off the body panels to remove everything so I have green wrap in between all the body panels on a red car (horrible work), AC stopped working after 2 days leaving the shop (they had changed the compressor). They charged me for a wheel alignment and balance but the car was 100% not aligned by a professional, I took it to a tire shop afterwards and everything was off and the rim they replaced wasnt even balanced because it didnt have the wheel weights. Best part was when I told Anthony all these things he told me to bring it in so it can sit in the shop 2 weeks untouched, so he can do another supplement with the insurance when all the labor that they got paid for was all a scam, Literally *** the whole car. Even with full coverage I ended up paying $4000 to take my car out and even got harassed that I have 3 days to get the car out of the shop when it was finished or theyll charge me $75 a day for keeping it there.

BIGGEST SCAM OF A BODY SHOP EVER!!!!

youre better off taking it to a flea market body shop than this place.

ALSO, my door hits the fended every time you open or close the door. Future cracked fiberglass. Yay!!!!

Empire Auto Body of Broward - Not satisfied
After 2 months of having my car in the shop, I get it back with still so many issues even after $11,000 that my insurance paid for I am very frustrated with how Empire Auto Body of broward handled my car. I thought after waiting nearly 2 months to get my car back I wouldn't have any issues but I was wrong. They asked for a couple of supplements to my insurance and they didn't even fix or properly. To start off, they said they did an alignment to my car not once but twice but for some reason my car keeps jerking to the right. They asked for a supplement to GEICO which was the cover front door and and rear which they didn't install properly. I can hear the breeze coming inside of my car while driving it. And the moulding rear door it's all scratched up. I went back to the shop and all I received was an attitude. Now I have to pay out of pocket to take it somewhere else because they're not willing to fix it.
