Because I’ve always had difficulty getting a hold of somebody with this company
I called once before about the issue with these A1 amplifier. He told me I had a speaker problem and suggest I change them.
Well thats not in the picture theyre very expensive and theres nothing wrong with them every other amplifier place fine on them now that Ive moved and can use your amplifiers With unlimited Control. But they shut off every single time no matter what speakers are hooked to them.

Was told that they would email me a Return label to have my item shipped bc it's under warranty for them to fix It. Still haven't received an email with shipping info. Man just rushed me off the phone.

i have the marantz c 50 but Interested.in your mc1 Receiver .with my cinema 50 i have the emotva 3 ch an 7ch just Recently bought. But I considering you're a receiver. How do these compare to each other and does it make sense when me to change?
Preferred solution: I have the cinema 50 and I'm considering your 1990.00 Receiver.. But I have the 3 channel and the 7 channel emotiva trying to compare the 2 and should I change? just want better sound or is this setup Similar.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Emotiva did a wonderful job after several emails, I received the speakers at the originally listed price.
They made an exception for me, and I can say the speakers and customer service ended up being top notch. Do not hesitate to purchase their products!!.
I learned about the B1+ speaker series and put them in my cart to purchase. I joined their chat network as well.
I sent them an email letting them know I was interested in their product, but had some questions. The next day I woke up and was ready to purchase. The price for the speakers had jumped from $222 a pair to $329. I sent another email to the company asking my questions again and questioned the price increase.
They kind of answered my question and informed me that the price had changed and offered me a 10% coupon code that was about to expire. That would be $33 compared to the $107 dollars of my original shopping price.
Then for the next 3 days I received emails from them telling me I still had items in my cart, and to click the link to complete. The picture of the speakers had the $222 price shown. When I clicked the link the price jumped back up to $329.
I proceeded to email them each day for them to finally respond and say the exact same thing. The price had changed and I could use the 10% coupon code.
This is not the way a potential customer should be treated.Don't trust their pricing and don't expect them to take any time to try and actually understand a situation.

Upgrade question
I had a very difficult time trying to get ahold of someone there by phone. numbers as you know we'll never get you to person.
At 1st attempt I could not get your chat lying to work but that could have been operator air. I know it said that looks good about it I think I want to do a feedback an upgrade exchange but was informed that it's no longer available.
Purchased T1+ soeakers and have a question about wiring
I need to know which of the 2 sets of terminals to use if I'm just running 1 set of wires and also do I need to leave the metal bridges in since I'm not bi-wiring. The owner's manual does not mention this.

Their new processor, the XMC-2 is a disaster. It has now blown out a $3500 center channel speaker as the result of its runaway volume increase, and it only works as intended about half the time.
The company was clearly not up to designing this complex piece of equipment. Right how, it won't turn on at all.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't buy any of Emotiva's products that require really sophisticated software.

Emotiva little ego design errors
advertised as 32 bit 384k audio interface. windows 10 plus emotiva's custom drivers says 16 or 24 bit and 192k max.
emailed support and so far... silence. at the time of this minimalist review the headphone amplifier dac is on sale and oddly enough "all sales final". i have had emotiva product in the past and good general performance but this current dysfunction tells me to shop elsewhere and advise others to do the same, in the audiophile community.
defective product, not as advertised, and poor support equal zero future business. the future is still uncertain as to their rectification of this issue.
