BLOWS UP YOU PHONE AND LIES ABOUT RATES THEY ARE THE LAST COMPANY I WOULD WORK WITH AND I WOULD MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ALSO!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Communications Commission to report the company after repeatedly asking them directly to stop calling me. I received correspondence from the BBB and a response through them from the company that they would stop calling and the calls have stopped.
I have answered several of the phone calls and told them I am not interested in refinancing and have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me.
For over the last month, they continue to call me numerous times a day starting between 8:00-9:00 AM until as late as 8:30-8:45 in the evening. I have tried blocking them on my phone, yet they use several different numbers and continue to call me every single day!

Preferred solution: I want them to stop calling me! I have answered several of their calls and told them several times I am not interested and to please stop calling me!
