- Over a month, I get 6-8 calls daily from eMortgage LLC.
- Calls from multiple numbers from 8:00-9:00 AM to 8:30-8:45 PM, despite requests to stop.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Communications Commission to report the company after repeatedly asking them directly to stop calling me. I received correspondence from the BBB and a response through them from the company that they would stop calling and the calls have stopped.
I have answered several of the phone calls and told them I am not interested in refinancing and have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me.
For over the last month, they continue to call me numerous times a day starting between 8:00-9:00 AM until as late as 8:30-8:45 in the evening. I have tried blocking them on my phone, yet they use several different numbers and continue to call me every single day!
