EMMVEE SOLAR has a fraudulent scheme to cheat consumers

We are a charitable trust in Bangalore. Two months back we placed a large order with EMMVEE Solar for 125 panels for lighting and water heating for our project beneficiaries. EMMVEE collected Rs. 8 lakhs upfront at a price of Rs. 40 per watt — a total of Rs. 8 lakhs., but delivered only 100 panels. It promised to deliver the balance of 25 panels but now over 5 weeks have passed. Just three days back, it asked for another Rs. 10,000 for the remaining panels, arguing that the price of panels have gone up. We pointed out that we paid their entire invoice, and they are the one late in supplying what we already fully paid for. Now the company manager is saying that it is their practice to charge more any time before delivery. Unless this fraudulent and unethical practice is stopped, the company will continue to cheat more cheat more consumers — in our case, our social projects for the poor. In fact, we hear that it is their business practice to extract more money after sale. This post is just a warning to all those who wish to deal with EMMVEE. The above statement is not correct and false. Emmvee is a household name in its quality and punctuality.

I have been using their product since 11 years and as soon as if there is any service, it will be attended on the same day or on the next day. They have a very good facility in Bangalore.

One can physical go, see and then decide about their hospitality and quality of products they offer.
