The last thing I wanted to do was write a review on this company. I found this company on Autofinder.com a trusted website, at least I thought it was. I bought a 2006 Ford F350 from SILK CITY AUTO MALL i delt with the owner of the company which made me feel comfortable, remember I drove from Long Island NY to purchase this truck, he had just got the truck in two days prior not a problem truck looked good,drove it needed a wheel alignment not a problem check engine light came on showing the fuel pump is going not a problem, very expensive to fix but not enough to write a bad review, my major concern was that the chassie was not rotted out, we just had a bad experience with a recent purchase of a dodge ram only to find out the chassie was rotted out,our loss and the reason it was our loss is because we are not only business owners who run a very succussful busines here in New York, but we are not out to sell bad products and if there is a bad product we will do our best to make good on it, NOT IN THIS CASE. As we were in the process of purchasing this truck we spoke on what ethic background he was from(the owner that is) told me he was turkish and he was Muslum, because he had to excuse himself at a certain time to pray, not a problem at all spoke about religon,faith, trust etc... Very enjoyable to speak with since my husband is Greek and my daughters boyfriend is muslum as well, we also spoke about practicing good business ethics since he has only been in business for 5Yrs, that should say something right there new business owner RED FLAGG in my book especially if you practice business like this guy. I take the truck home and bring it to my mechanic to get it inspected, since NYS requires an inspection, BAMM DOESN NOT PASS INSPECTION, THE CAUSE OF THE BRAKES, REPLACING PADS IS ONE THING BUT NO IT NEEDS ALL 4 ROTORS ALONG WITH THE PADS, THAT IS MY ISSUE BESIDES, FUEL PUMP, WHEEL ALIGNMENT, LEAK IN THE AXEL, INNER AND OUTTER TIE RODS, BALL BARRINGS WHEWWWW $18,000 THIS TRUCK COST NOT INCLUDING ALL THESE REPAIRS, EVERY CAR THEY SPRAY PAINT UNDERNEITH GUESS ITS THERE POLICY HIDE ANY MAJORS PROBLEMS, I CALLANDSPOKE WITH THE MANAGER MIKE, SAID HEY NOT OUR PROBLEM OK NO WORRIES ASKED HIM KINDLY TO HAVE THE OWNER CONTACT ME TOLD ME *** YOU, ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW, WOW AGAIN, IF HE WORKED FOR ME HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED.SO IT IS NOW 5:30 HOPING THE OWNER WILL CALL ME BACK NOTHING BESIDES ME TRYING TO CONTACT HIM FOR THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS, MIND YOU I ONLY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 9 DAYS....

I THANK GOD FOR YELP AND EVERY OTHER SITE THAT LEAVES ROOM FOR REVIEWS, THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY NOT ONLY FOR A VECHICLE BUT ANOTHER 5,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS, MY LOSS AGAIN AND THE BEST PART OF IT ALL IS I JUST WANTED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE TRUCK TO PASS INSPECTION HERE IN NY.

My work truck broke down at the beginning of this winter, I own a heating business so I needed one quick. I saw an e150 van advertised on the internet for $7999 so I came to take a look. The van looked ok so my wife applied for financing and was approved.

My first issue which I did not realize until about a week later was that there was $1000 added to the sales price when my wife signed the financing documents. Very deceptive and sneaky, yes she should have noticed it but she trusted that the salesman would have charged us the price that was agreed on which was the asking price. Second is that when I got the vehicle home the entire suspension was shot - front and rear springs and shocks, and it had an exhaust manifold leak. I couldn't register as commercial because of financing. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

I bought a nissan maxima from there and those guys are amazing. Financing was fast easy and clear with tom.

Great customer survice . Got my plates and registration on time.

I had a small issue 7 months later but the warranty that I bought with them covered it 100%. Highly recommend buying from there

I bought a jeep wrangler there about two years ago and have had non-stop problems ever since. The Jeep was overpriced and later discovered that it needed a new water pump, radiator, transmission, and heater core. Not to mention that the soft top was busted and they managed to conceal it.

On top of that, the staff is rude. Maybe it's because I'm not Turkish or maybe it's because I am female, but anytime I would ask a question they would answer it to my father who came with me (they ended up lying when answering us anyway).

Don't bother calling them when there is a problem either. I know they don't really have an obligation to return money, but if you had any intention on having a return customer you would at least apologize and offer to repair it yourself. Or even if they recommended who to go to for repairs that would have been a nice gesture! Their response was "After you sign for the car, it is no longer our problem and we cannot do anything for you".

I will never EVER buy a jeep from them again. I would rather search high and low for my next Jeep then settle for this place.

Bought a car from this dealership only to find out a week later it needed work done and found the frame rotted and covered up with fiberglass and spray paint! Then told me they would not take responsibility for it!

I don't know how they can sell something that is not even safe to drive! I live in PA and bought it in NJ. So it's been hard to get this settled. I just can't believe they can be so shady!

Should be put out of business. Please beware! Do not buy from them!
