Terrible terrible terrible

DO NOT waste your time here. Nothing but a fake marketing firm.

If you don’t mind commission sales and canvassing pretty much then maybe you will do well, but as a college graduate from a major university with a bachelors in marketing this is a joke and pure waste of energy. If you want a real job don’t even waste your time.

Emineo Marketing Solutions is fake company, all reviews are written by the staff. Please do your research before applying.

I saw all the reviews then I compared them with all the negative reviews. It is very shocking.

I know a scam 'marketing' company when I see it. This is to all the young kids or desperate unemployed people out there not to fall for it.

I never worked for them but I've seen so many of these 'companies' I can't believe they still exist. Red flags are everywhere. 1) I was contacted by them saying they liked what they saw on my resume. I was in fact looking for a job, but I never applied/sent resume to them.

2) You can tell all the reviews written on Yelp and Glassdoor is written by them. (Not gonna elaborate because they will try and fix that. But read reviews from REAL companies of brands you heard of and you can tell/feel the difference between a fake and a real review.) 3) Look at the pictures. They're all taken during 'seminars' or gatherings.

You don't see a consistent face. 4) Read their 'About Us' - " We are a marketing firm that specializes in marketing programs for our clients’ products and services. The client base for Emineo Marketing Solutions has expanded to satellite television, home improvement and consumer electronics. With the unveiling of our solidified and effective marketing program in the prestigious city of Las Vegas NV, Emineo Marketing Solutions has developed an undeniably powerful presence in some of the world’s largest chain retailers in a short amount time." For a marketing firm, this is VERY poor ineffective writing.

5) Read their job descriptions and requirements - It is vague! 6) Their website is {{Redacted}} too.

All of the marketing scam companies have all those red flags. watch out for them.

That's what I figured. Just needed to hear it from someone else for some added confirmation. Thanks.

The fact you've never worked for us makes your statement an opinion and everyone is entitled to one. We work with some of the most reputable brands in home entertainment and work inside of some of the nation's biggest retailers.

I'm more than sure we weren't the only marketing company to bid for these national contracts. We wish you well on your job search and hope you find a company that you believe in.

Why don't you pay your website bill? What company doesn't want an active website?

P.S. Love your padded positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google.

Emineo Marketing Solutions - Review in Professional Services category from Las Vegas, Nevada

not waste your time with this company it will be a big mistake. They promise a great future and sell you on management training but really their brain washing you to sell their products.

Everyone who works there is a joke and if they see that you are smart they will get you out fast.

Only nieve young people who are easily influenced work their and that's because their easier to program. So if you have any sense and want a job with a future please look elsewhere.

I apologize for your experience, hopefully you find a position that better fits your skill set. We do not discriminate on age, gender, or race.

I apologize if you felt our entire staff was less educated than you.

We will work to improve that. Thank you for the feedback.

Unethcical behavior

This is commission sales job at best. The practices are deceptive and ethics, and integrity are simply hypocritical. You are promised a bright future, but in truth this is just a marketing scam at it's best. You have to try to sell DirectTv to people at various stores that can be any distance from you.

Bottom line, the truth is you have to obey word for word the guy that runs the place.

Your efforts don't match your efforts. You don't see older professional working there because they are smart enough to understand what's going on. He picks vulnerable people up like a pimp, and as a boss sleeps with them as he pleases. Very unethical and unprofessional.

Whoever wrote this post is full of it. The company is fantastic to work for.

I have my bachelors in PR and Marketing and EMS does a great job of fulfilling the promise to their clientele and to their employees.

The position is only for people who are both intelligent and hard working.

The only people who complain are those who could not cut it.

Everyone is entitiled to their opinion and I apologize this opportunity wasn't for you. This is a commission driven position.

Im sure the ad that you replied to stated that and Im sure that was gone over in both of the interviews you went on. If there was anything "unethical" about the way we do business Im sure our clients like Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sams Club or DirecTV would not want to tarnish their brand name by doing business with us. We do have a "system in place" it isn't a situation where representatives are able to come up with their own "pitch" we have corporate approved information we are allowed to use. And I wasn't sure by what you meant where you said "Your efforts don't match your efforts".

I think you meant your pay doesnt match your efforts and Id have to disagree with that. We offer a guaranteed base pay + Commission .

Most of our reps make well over their guaranteed base, if you do not make an effort your check will reflect that. I wish you well in your career search though regardless and hope you find a position that suites your skill set.

WARNING DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I worked here for about 3 weeks before I realized I made a mistake--Do Not work here!!!! They make you work long hours, don't pay a wage (all commission sales) with promises of promotions and making lots of money.

Its a multi-level marketing SCAM that targets kids who are just out of high school, or 1 year of college. They know that anybody old enough would realize its *** to work here. The management is so lazy, the guy who runs it is a *** loser, and he doesn't pay you either.

You think you make sales, and they pump you up about making money, and then your cheque comes and it's way less, if theres anything at all. Also, they try to convince you to go on road trips, and you have to pay for your hotel, gas, food, everything, and they pitch going like "you'll make way more money out there, so it works itself out". Don't waste your time

Yes I had a bad experience with this company. The managers are awful and very unprofessional. It was a total waste of time and I figured out their pyramid scam fast and got out before they wasted anymore of my time.

I apologize you had an unpleasant experience. We try and provide a pleasant work environment for everyone we hire.

A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services.

All of our employees are paid an hourly wage as well as have the opportunity to make commissions. The retailers we work inside of are some of the biggest in the industry and would not tarnish their brand working with a company that has this type of reputation.

As a comment from someone who has worked with this company for over 2 yrs as a grown adult with a bachelors degree from a major university it is a management opportunity that you have to earn. If you can not sell a product then it is not the right business for you.

Also, an hourly wage is paid to cover you if you don't sell based on a draw system. If you work for a company for 3 wks, do not pretend you actually know something about the success rate of the company and how it opperates it's promotions. Last I heard multi-level marketng requires a financial investment from your side. Yes, we do work long hours and you get paid for those hours.

Most retail schedules require long hours at times. Last not, I have been on many road trips nationwide and have not paid for one hotel, flight or any part of the trip so I'm not sure where you got that information from.
