Don't let them hose you!! Their gambit is to send you whatever size product they please, and to offer only a $5 refund.

This online vendor is marketing Moona bras and targeting elderly women as the ideal customer for a front-closure bar. They make claims about expert sizing and invite you to indicate one of 16 band sizes and one of 7 cup sizes when ordering.

The bra I received was way too big around the rib cage and way too small in the cup. The sizing was on a Small-XL scale. Clearly they are misrepresenting their sizing approach, and are just hoping a generically sized bra will stretch around a range of chest and breast sizes. The flaw of this approach was evident in the fact the bra I was sent didn't hug my torso, and even if it did, my breast did not fit (not even close) into the tailored cup.

The product was sent to me by a distributor in Ontario, but an AI customer service "agent" indicated I would need to return it to Viet Nam in order to receive a full refund. This is part of the scam... as the vendor knows the return shipping will cost a North American customer far more than the amount they are out of pocket. I do not feel the customer should have to incur a financial loss when they have been deceived by false advertising.

The Moona bra is being marketed by several online vendors. BEWARE and AVOID!!
