I've bought the LV purse fron Emibella Company on May 15. I paid $1,249.95. That Company guaranteed the 100% authenticy of all handbags, but it was NOT true. The purse I receved was FAKE. I sent it back and received thr conformation that that purse was received back on June 8. It should take 10-15 days to get the refund, but more then 25 days passed. I have NOT received my money back. I've already sent many masseges to the Emibella Customer Service. No answer yet. How can I get the refund??? Thank you, Marianna

Emibella has my $ 401.00

I order a hand bag from this company Emibell i want you all to understand stay away!!!! I received my order didnot like it returned it in the time allowed and got confirmation they received it .....do you know these people won't answer there phone or emails i call everyday 8 or 9 times , i even had my bank to call, i have never in my life heard of such! I have now involved the police....they are not going to keep my 401.00 dollars althou i do have protection with my bank for hot mess companies like this but baby baby they might delay that 401 dollars ...but i will not be denied cuz im not goin away!!!! REDICULOUS DISRESPECT! IT'S BEEN SINCE JANUARY AND YOU CAN'T EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.... stay away avoid this mess for reaL!!!!! I'M PISSED!!

It took me 2 months to get my bank to credit the $401.00 back to my card. This is an awful company to do business with. They sell fakes!

Emibella.com sells fakes

Was fooled into thinking I could get a good deal on a Louis Vuitton handbag so I went ahead and purchased it from the website (emibella.com) and then did a little research, which I probably should have done beforehand, and discovered that I had gotten fooled. So as soon as I got the bag I realiezed it was fake, proceeded to call them to see what the address to send back was, waited on hold for 30+minutes several times, e-mailed and no response or the e-mail address was invalid, have been waiting countless days for my money back..no sign of it. DON'T BE FOOLED...

I was fooled as well! Emibella sold me a fake I paid almost $800 for a fake and they would ignore me when I tried to return it so I have reported them to Louis Vuitton because it is a crime to sell fake purses and advertise as real. Do not buy from emibella!

What happened to the emibella website? I know they sell fakes.

I called them several times over a fake last year, no response! I had to get my money back from my cc company, which in turn, takes it out of the emibella account.

No wonder they are out of business. They sold fakes and told everyone they were REAL!

Thank God for the people posting reviews on this site. I was so close to purchasing two Louis Vuitton items from Emi Bella.

They proudly display "Authenticity Guaranteed." Misleading to say the least. Thank you for saving me the heartache, and I wish you all the best of luck in getting your money back.

I too had a similar experience. I returned my bag 6 weeks ago. After numerous calls to EmiBella, I had to file a dispute to my credit card company to get my account credited for close to $700.00 for a FAKE purse.

No one in customer service could help me after 5 calls to customer service.
