  • Waited 4.5 hours in pain, got only an ace bandage and told to call another provider; X-rays showed bone-on-bone rubbing with hyperextended muscles.

Doing absolutely nothing is never a option coming from a hospital who makes its money from being the biggest hospital in all of WNY.. I popped my knee out of place and could not feel my entire left side from hip to toe they took X-rays and said "there's some bone on bone rubbing along with muscles hyper extended" after saying all of that and me in extreme pain they leave me sitting for 4/half hours just to give me a ace bandage and tell me to call someone else because they can't do the work there I need done.

For the wait and nothing being done for me to get any pain relief I could have stayed home on the floor I fell on! You guys have to do better...
