Automatic dishwasher gel

AI Highlights
  • -Gel dispenser clogged; most of it caked in the dispenser.
  • -Replaced with regular brand; cleared the mess.
  • -Second disappointment; won't use or review.

When I poured your gel into the soap dispenser it did not release. Some did but most just caked up in the dispenser.

Replaced it with my regular brand and it cleaned up the mess that was left with Essential. The second time I have been disappointed with your product. I will not be using your product again or will I give your product a good review.

The last product I purched from Essential and was very disappointed was your canned peaches. When I opened the can it didn't even smell good and it tasted even worse.

I complained to the company and they told me to return the can to the store where you bought the product along with the sales slip and they would

return my money. Do you know anybody who would keep their slip for a can of peaches?

Same problem

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • No reply by email or phone for 6-8 weeks.
  • There were duplicate orders billed 234 vs 63.
  • Returns were before credit; UPS retrieved the rest.

this company was on top of their game up until 6-8 weeks ago, now no response from them, via email or phone (onhold forever and press 1 doesnt work) they now have an email sent to you saying stuff left in cart they then do not empty cart when sent they just then

double orders, instead of $63 order it turned out to be 234. then they want you to take your time and send back before credit. I warned them if they sent double orders and charge that i would instruct credit card to NOT PAY ANYTHING and i was not sending stuff back that worked they called and had ups wrap and retreieve rest of order hope they get back on track be careful

Cons:
  • New system

EmergencyEssentials.com double-charged us

AI Highlights
  • We were double-charged for an item.
  • They won’t respond to emails or calls.
  • Our credit card company won’t issue a refund without their reply.

They double-charged us for an item and won't respond to our emails/calls. Our credit card company won't issue a refund without a response from them, so we are stuck.

What can we do? We shouldn't have ever used emergencyessentials.com or beprepared.com. Their products are also a bit sub-par, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, that's not 100% the case here...

Hopefully this review will at least prevent this from happening to more people. If anyone has any suggestions on how to reach them and get this corrected, please respond to this post.
